FacebookWaiting over a week for a viewing when I am a cash buyer is unacceptable. So is insisting on a BAFO on one house today and not enabling me to view the possible alternate. Staff have little or zero knowledge of the house you are viewing. All In All very very frustrating !!

FacebookThey misplaced the keys we returned and now almost 2 weeks and still no check out inventory done. The owner has moved in and is living at the property... so any damage caused now will likely be blamed on us... no clue when/if my £2k deposit will be returned. No one ever calls you back. Would not recommend

Facebookavoid them!! two viewings arranged with them. one in Oxfordshire and one in Wiltshire, but agents did not show up at all. made us to drive 1:30 hours and realising the house is under offer since a month ago. would not be looking to buy a house if being advertised by them.

FacebookFor 8 MONTHS I have been begging these morons to get several issues sorted with the home I rent. I AM STILL WAITING! I can honestly say this is the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It has been one disaster after another with them.

He was great, always replied instantly to my emails and was very professional throughout the whole search for rented accommodation. FacebookThe worst experience I ever had!!!! I view the flat, had to travel all the way there to check, but I was happy because I liked it. I said that I will take it, I spent 4 days filling different forms, making “rent passport”, going through the checks and only when I started to ask how my application is going they said that someone else rented. Really?? I refused going for another viewings, I refused applying for other flats that I saw from another agencies!!! I would never ever recommend this place!!!!

FacebookWe had the worst renting experience in the UK. Chancellors agency lied to us for getting a few stuff done in the flat before signing the contract, they never discussed those things with the landlord, we signed the contract and moved in and the flat was not professionally cleaned and not freshly painted as stated in the contract. They didn’t care about these problems saying it’s landlord fault and letting us to deal with the problem. On top of it at the beginning of the conflict they seemed to take our part asking the landlord to respect the contract but after a phone call between the landlord and manager Riley Drake-Smith they changed their mind and jump on the landlord side (who breached the contract) advising us if we don’t reach an agreement with the landlord to search for a new property. So because of the agency and their dishonest actions, in full pandemic, before Christmas, we had to search for a flat and move again, even though we’ve just moved to that property. So they didn’t care about us one second and they think it’s a normal thing to move house every month just because of their poor services, lies, unprofessional and dishonest behaviour. I would not recommend to anyone this agency. The whole experience was a nightmare.
