I was dreading the experience of selling, i don't live in Oxon, I'm 72 and disabled. The Chancellors Carterton team have been nothing short of outstanding every step of the way through our house sale. I cannot recommend the branch highly enough; Kirsty, Kieran and Jordan have put an enormous amount of time, energy and enthusiasm into our less-than-straightforward house sale and have shown so much resilience, determination and drive in getting our house sold. When a buyer had to pull out due to complications in their chain, they were back on the phone working on booking viewings that very same day - this drive led to more viewings and to our current buyer. Communication has been exceptional throughout the process and they have shown so much positivity with regards to getting our house sold - they backed themselves to do the job well and they were absolutely right. We had previously gone with another estate agents who had recommended that we sell our house at a much lower price in order to sell it quickly - they had promised a lot and delivered very little - so when we didn't see any progress from them, we asked Chancellors Carterton if they could help. Kirsty, Kieran and Jordan pushed to sell our house at a fair price - the price it was worth - and we will be forever grateful to them for achieving this!

Both Jordan and Kirsty have been so helpful to us during our search for a home to buy. We found a property we were hoping to secure but had a property to sell meanwhile. Jordan kept in contact with us weekly to see how things were going and was then able to provide that feedback to his vendor and help keep the channels of communication open. Having that regular contact with Jordan has been very reassuring and shows clearly that he goes the extra mile for his vendor client and also for prospective purchasers!!
