FacebookI do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.

GoogleMe & my partner recently purchased our first house with Chancellors and it wasn't the greatest of experiences however it did end well. First of all we had viewing with Simon who we both thought was very unprofessional, rude & had absolutely no idea on any questions that we asked on the first few viewings on the property and whenever we asked him to find out this information, we would never hear anything back meaning we would then have to chase, and chase for answers and would argue with us when we then got through to him. One day we rang to do just that, to find that Simon had moved to another store, we no longer had a main contact at Chancellors and we had no idea who to speak to, when we did finally find out who to contact, they then left in a matter of weeks, we AGAIN didn't know who to contact, we rang up numerous times asking who we need to speak to, at this point Ben took over our purchase, and he was very helpful and answered our queries and helped us in every way we could and he took us all the way up to completion along with the assistance from head office, this ended our experience with Chancellors on a better note, i just wish we had dealt with Ben throughout the whole purchase. For us, Ben has single handedly saved this from being a one star! Ben, Thank you.

FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. GoogleMy partner and I actually contacted initially on a property but were informed it was SSTC. We dealt with Liza and she took the time to ask what it was we were looking for (very specific requirements) and took my details. Within 30 minutes she had sent me afew properties and one took us to book a viewing on it later the same day. She manage to liaise with the vendor and magically make this happen, good job to. She had great knowlege of the area and the property and showed us around. It went so great we decided to put in a offer late that evening. With a little negotiating the house was agreed to be sold to us and we cannot thank Chancellors and Liza enough. It makes a huge difference when the staff understand what you want and are looking for, then match with your ideal home :) Thank you all X

GoogleExcellent staff and very helpful when I first went in the office to enquire about a property. Managed to fit me in that day to view and Simon Capel showed me around. He was very professional and met me near the property as I was unsure of the area. Simon went the extra mile for me and gave me access to the property when I needed to check items in the house. Thanks to the office team in Carterton we have now purchased the property. Highly recommend Chancellors to anyone who wants a first class service.

GoogleI rate Chancellors, Carterton, very highly indeed. Just bought a house through them, and found all staff I dealt with (Simon, Liza and Ben) to be extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, even post-sale, which is impressive. Ben really helped move things along when the chain stalled a little, and his communications have been great at all times. Liza and Simon were very knowledgeable and professional when showing us around a number of properties, and offered follow-up for more detailed questions. I've moved a few times over the years, and Chancellors certainly stand out as having the best service offering that I've experienced to date. Thanks so much to Ben, Simon and Liza!

GoogleHouse search completed after registering and looking at many properties we finally settled on one that was not through Chancellors in Carterton. However, having dealt with many estate agents in my time I can honestly say that Liza-Jo Boyce was one of the most pleasant young ladies I have dealt with. She was both professional and personable, she kept to her word calling when she promised and followed up with other potential properties when we decided to pull out of an offer we made. An asset to any estate agency!

We dealt with Ben and Simon but mainly Liza-Jo. Liza really understood what we were looking for and helped us find many houses that suited our family. We really felt comfortable to be open and honest and then trusted that she knew which direction to take us. GoogleWe are in the process of purchasing a house through Chancellors. After quite bad luck with other estate agents in the area, it was refreshing to find one who seemed to have a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. We dealt with Liza mainly, who showed us around many houses and some multiple times. She knowledgeably answered all of our questions and had a fast turnaround on anything we needed whilst always staying friendly and cheerful. We also communicated with Ben and Simon, who also seemed very helpful and friendly. Overall, the communication was excellent with the whole team, and we look forward to continuing with our house purchase through Chancellors.

GoogleMy husband and I have recently dealt with Liza-Jo Boyce from Chancellors in Carterton. We are in the process of buying a house. Liza was happy to let us have multiple viewings it was never any trouble - and she was very interested and helpful with suggestions and excited for us , I can confidently recommend her she was extremely polite, professional all through our deals with our new house. We also dealt with Ben from Chancellors Carterton who was very positive and he took time to visit us at home and explain the current state of the market - which was very helpful . GoogleMe and my girlfriend are first time buyers and weren't really sure of the whole process of buying a house. Liza showed us a couple of properties and was really knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Liza was happy to show us properties at short notice which was very helpful with our work situation and she was very punctual at reply to any emails we sent. We also met Ben who showed us a couple of properties and helped us in the process of making the offer for a property Liza showed us. Ben was very helpful and honest and that helped us with making the correct offer. Simon has also played a big part in our experience with Chancellors as he as been a point of contact since the offer was accepted. Overall our experience with Chancellors and the team at Carterton has been amazing and my girlfriend and I appreciate and thank them for all their help.

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

FacebookI recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. GoogleWe had the worst experience with Stephen and chancelers carterton. At the moment we are submitting a complaint and if not satisfactory will go to the ombudsman. We were told all viewings were vetted. Total joke. 4 out of 7 viewings in 3 weeks were not even on the market.was told no.need for open day. 2 weeks waisted on an offer of buyers who were not on the market. Signed in to 24 week contract without it being made clear. Was told" what do you expect me to do if there is not interest". In 7 days with a bank holiday in middle connells had an open day.10 viewings. 3 offers. 2 were asking price which was 10.000 more than chancellors. incompetent and arrogant. Stay clear. Would give no stars if I could
