GoogleHave used Ushers for many years I thought it about time to write a review, in all of my 10 years of dealings with Michael Usher and Stephanie, wether it be buying or selling a property or the Letting of one of my properties I can honestly say that there professionalism and and the fact that it's a small but highly efficient and effective team means that I have always received the very best service at a very competitive price, i can highly recommend Ushers Estate agents and I wish them continued success.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Ushers to anyone looking at selling their property. From the outset Mike, Stephanie and the team were incredibly professional and were pro-active in helping us navigate and complete a complicated sale of my late father's property. Thank you to everyone at Ushers!

GoogleI honestly could not recommend these guys more… My wife and I were struggling to find a property / landlord that were willing to accept us as we were ‘first-time renters’ without any previous tenancy references. However, Ushers didn’t give up on us and helped us through the process regardless. As first-timers I’m sure you can imagine we had 1000 silly questions yet they were really supportive and made us feel very welcomed. Customer service was 10/10. I definitely noticed a massive difference with their customer-care compared to all of the other more ‘main-stream’ estate agents we dealt with who cared no where near as much… Stephanie & James who were our points of contact went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone/everyone to use Ushers!

GoogleUshers was the seller's agent (I was the buyer) and I was pleasantly surprised by how they handled the whole case and how they treated me - it almost felt like I was their client much of the time, given the professionalism and care I received. Stephanie in particular is extremely easy to reach, proactive, and quick in transferring information up and down the chain, which was quite long in this instance. I never once felt there would be a delay due to Ushers. All of my questions were answered promptly and accurately, and I was constantly updated on how everything was progressing. Overall I was very pleased with how Ushers operate and I will likely be using them for any future property-related matters in London.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMy family and I have had the best experience with Usher Estate Agent in securing a property. Michael and Stephanie gave us the warmest gesture other than the support they have provided since the start of the process. I am definitely sure you’re in good hands with them like we do.

GoogleMy husband and I are very happy with Ushers. The staff is friendly, prices are fair and they are approachable and responsive. We would especially like to mention Stephanie, who really went the extra mile during the sale of our little flat. And despite of it being just a small property, we were treated just like any other clients with big properties. She looked after our plants in the flat and helped us to organise and chase all sort of things during the process. Thank you for being brilliant!!!☺️
Thank you for your kind honest review of my company.

GoogleIf you're buying, renting or selling anywhere near Ushers, they are the estate agent to go to. I bought my first property through them, and I went straight back to them to sell it, and their end of the process has been a breeze - as it was when I was buying. Friendly, approachable and easy to get on with. If you're in the area, half of the signs you see up outside houses belong to them - so obviously plenty of others agree. They know the area very well compared to your standard high street estate agents, who you'd be a fool to go to in comparison. When it comes to the next property down the line, we'll be going straight back to Ushers.
Thank you so much for your kind & honest review of my company along with your recommendation for others. Michael

GoogleI’d had a rough time with two high street estate agents before Stephanie, so I was nervous at first, but she completely changed the experience for me. She was warm, clear in her communication, very professional, and incredibly helpful. …

GoogleRented a two bedroom house through Ushers for a year and half. They were excellent from the moment we began our tenancy, anytime we had an issue they were very quick to have the issue fixed. We needed to end our tenancy before the agreed end of lease and they were incredibly accommodating and found new tenants very promptly, which minimised the financial cost to us for ending our agreement early. Would thoroughly recommend Ushers as an estate agents.
