GoogleGreat service. Good communication. There were inevitably a couple of sticky moments during the whole process, ranging from pressure from a direct buyer to a potential break in the chain and Covid-19 of course - all handled very professionally with a minimum of fuss. I'd recommend them, and I don't do that very often!

GoogleApparently if you want to arrange a property viewing you have to firsr drive around the area and then confirmed you have done that before you book a viewing lol. Also estate found it strange why somebody who lives in another close by part area of South London would want to look for a house in Sutton/Carshalton. Must be totally different countries.
Dear Hamish. I can see you like leaving negative reviews for many companies. You enquired with my company on a property that you yourself admitted you had no idea about the area it was situated in. You also said you were not sure on ex council. This house is on an ex council estate. You stated you wanted to buy in Thornton Heath/ Norbury as your preference and my staff member explained we do not cover that area. We suggested as you had never been to Carshalton before that you have a quick drive round the area & let us know if you like it or not & then we can book you in for a viewing. It is disappointing and unfair, despite the helpful advice that you have decided to leave a negative review when my staff member was helpful and courteous to you, when you stated you preferred to buy nearer to London away from Carshalton. We have no other viewers that want to a view a property when they have no idea about the area. Your negative review leaves a footprint for other companies to see how you treat people. I can see you have left many negative reviews for other companies. At Ushers we pride ourselves in being the leading Estate Agent in our area of customer service & thank all of our thousands of satisfied customers for supporting us over the past 23 years.

GoogleI have bought through Ushers and found them more professional and 'human' than other agencies. Information was clear and seems honest, and i had a refreshing change from other estate agents where often you are shown around by a member of their staff who appears to know less about the property than you do!

They managed the process very smoothly from listing to completion without any issues and kept us well informed of developments along the way. They were particularly quick to respond to our queries and were very efficient in helping to push the process along and resolve issues. GoogleUshers sold my flat in Carshalton even though there were two other flats for sale in the same block as mine, and got the best price of all three sales. Ushers is really second to none for this area and I would choose no other estate agent if I were selling in the area. The local knowledge and personal touch is invaluable.

Stephanie and the rest of team put in a lot of work to make sure that our purchase went through as smoothly and quickly as possible. GoogleFrom the initial contact through to the final sale, Mike and his colleagues provided a truly high class and professional service in helping to sell my mother's property. The team marketed the property in a most impressive manor and solicited 6 generous offers on one day! Despite difficulties with my own solicitor, they continued to intervene on my behalf and kept me fully in the picture with progress of the sale. I cannot more highly recommend this agency for their dedication and professionalism throughout the conveyancing process.

We have found them to be exceptional in their care of their clients and to go more than the extra mile to ensure that we were well looked after and kept informed all the time. The personal service we have enjoyed is really good and the attention to detail impressive. Finally, we would not have used Ushers if we did not believe we would get value for money. They set their terms very well and are competitively priced.

Loved the more personal service from Michael, who was honest with me over the market conditions & accurate with his valuation, helping me get the best achievable price. The "premium" marketing was a cut above the other 2 agents I spoke to & he threw this in for a very competitive fee, better than the others who didn't offer professional photography or a Rightmove upgraded listing. From start to finish, I found the team to be on the ball. Stephanie & Kassie were also helpful and helped me get my preferred completion date. Well done Ushers! If you're looking for an agent, there is no need to look elsewhere as this company is the obvious choice in my opinion.
