From our first meeting with Michael, Ushers have been absolutely first rate. Our sale proved to be quite complicated, with a long chain that became quite fragile at times, but throughout Stephanie and the rest of the team were 100% on the ball. Through no fault of the agent our purchase transaction was both frustrating and protracted. Whilst their primary responsibility was to the vendor they kept us apprised throughout and we appreciated their professionalism and, importantly, their frankness. I have been dealing with Ushers for approximately six years now, having bought a flat through them, and at the time I was very impressed with the way that they dealt with me , every phone call or visit was treated professionally and promptly . After the purchase was completed, I asked if they would find suitable tenants for the flat and do all the vetting process and contracts for a tenant. They were more than happy to do this for me even though I didn’t want their full management package. Since then I have had dealings with Michael, Stephanie and Kassie on a regular basis, in dealing with the yearly contracts and with them finding another tenant for me over two years ago and who is still in situ. Both tenants that I have had in that time have proved to be superb thanks to Ushers vetting service. Recently and due to the awful situation, the world finds itself in owing to Covid 19 and lockdown, I needed advice from Ushers. Despite their branch closure and working from home, my call was returned promptly, and advice freely given from Stephanie, she then proceeded to draft a couple of letters to me that I could tailor to my own situation regarding my tenants. This is a service I didn’t expect or pay for and is one of the many reasons I will continue to use Ushers for my property.

Ushers were highly recommended to me by family who had sold through them before. I spoke to a few different agents but could tell instantly Ushers were giving me honest advice on how to go about selling my property and not just giving me a sales pitch. They didnt pressure me into signing with them although I'm really happy I did. Michael, Stephanie and Kassie worked really hard on selling my place, they were always on the phone when I needed them and dealt with all the issues we had really quickly. My place wasn't even on the market for a week and they'd sold it for more than we put it up for. I couldnt of asked anything more of them, and cant stress how highly I recommend them. I will definitely be using them again when I come to sell next!

Ushers started off managing one property (letting ) for me in 2013. Was very impressed with them, excellent service all round, they are very transparent re fees....which some agents are not. I handed another property to them to manage about a year ago. I have also used the larger 'chain' type agents and had very mixed results. One issue is often having to re explain things depending on who answers the phone - Ushers have a smaller team, which results in very effective communication. No fighting your way through a phone system. Michael the owner recently helped advise me on an issue regarding a property that is managed by a different agent. This was very much appreciated, beyond the call of duty - so to speak. Definately recommend Ushers !

Everyone at Ushers provided us with such a great service from the initial phone consultation with Stephanie to Michael coming to value the property, Stephanie dealing with arranging all the viewings and liasing with our buyers and Kassie. One thing that stood out was Ushers professionalism in securing viewings that weren’t time wasters and on securing an offer on our place going beyond to ensure our buyers had sufficient proof of deposit and mortgage offer! This is particularly important considering the number of friends who have sold and a few months down the line experienced problems with funds and securing mortgages delaying the sell of their property. I wasn’t sure on conducting the viewing but had nothing to worry about as the feedback suggested the buyers were so impressed in meeting us and having questions answered I think it secured a faster sale and offer. Don’t hesitate use Ushers or at least compare to what else is on offer - their very competitive. Thanks for a quick, efficient and almost stress free sale.

So they say moving is one of the most stressful things in life but not when you use the best in the business, so where do I start me and my partner are selling our first house and decided to get five estate agents round to value our house and see what they offered, there was only one that stood out from the rest that promised us the full package at a low price compared to others who wanted more but gave you less, so we made our mind up popped in to ushers to tell Michael we wanted to use him and he filled us with confidence that he would be by our side all the, which he has not let us down, Michael kassie Stephanie are a great team that have made this whole experience easy with the attitude that they work around you and not you try and make it work around them which for me stands out that personnel service they give you is some think no other estate agent will not be able to provide you with, so take my word for it don't waste your time with other estate agents go straight to the people who care about you as a person and not just as a pound note or another sale on their books, i would like to say a massive thank you to them all for what they have done for us they sold my house for a great price they helped me find my dream house so take my word for it you will not find a better service that gives you that personnel touch. Well where do I start? From the very first meeting I had with Michael I knew he and his team were the guys to sell my flat. He was the only one that asked me how quickly I wanted to sell and what I required from an estate agent. He was honest but polite, friendly and very easy to talk to. The buyer had a few issues from her surveyors regarding my property, but Michael’s quick thinking dealt with the matter at hand and any issues was solved quickly. I can honestly say I would still be sitting in my flat wondering why my place hadn’t sold if it wasn’t for him and his amazing team (Stephanie and Cassie) I was kept up to date throughout the sale of exactly what was going on, and I just also want to quickly mention, every time I called, they knew exactly who I was, which to me was really nice!
