Ushers are the best state agents I have ever used. An easy straightforward approach to letting our home. Ushers found what can only be described as the perfect tenants who looked after our home like it was their own and kept it immaculately, we coouldn't have asked for better. Ushers made the whole tenancy period completely stress free and issues were resolved incredibly quickly and efficiently. Every member of the Ushers team was polite, helpful and extremely efficient.

I don’t usually write reviews, however, we wanted to acknowledge the excellent service received from Ushers when selling our property. The fees were very competitive and the whole process was handled very efficiently and quickly with regular updates from Stephanie particularly. We were quite anxious about selling at this time but the team at Ushers achieved to secure an offer within a week of advertising and we could not have asked for a better service throughout. First class professional service.

I’ve been very impressed with the service Michael & his team gave me. He sold my house quickly & for above the advertised price! He did me a deal on the fee & I appreciated working with a family business. So much more pro active than the multi branch agent I was buying through in Carshalton, who were so sleepy. Don’t look anywhere else as Ushers have what any owner wants! Thank you again Michael!

Anyone who has ever moved houses understands what it entails, with pitfalls, anxiety and sometimes disappointment during the process. Then we chose Ushers Estate Agents. They stood out above other estate agents because firstly, their website is excellent, user friendly, informative, and straight forward, professional with up-to-date data. It is a huge undertaking for anyone but as this was our first move after forty-two years in the family home, the task seemed immense. Our first meeting with Michael allayed any apprehensions. He explained clearly what our obligations were and what we should expect from them, it is all in black and white with no hidden agenda. Michael’s expertise and active approach in his field of work is excellent. From that initial meeting, he took the photographs himself, showing the house exquisitely and spent time preparing the advertising to show the house to its best potential The house was marketed the next day, viewings were booked, followed by an offer within six days, which was accepted. As you can imagine, it has been a whirlwind experience! We then had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie who took us through each stage of the sale with professionalism and courteousness, and often allaying any anxieties we felt. Her advice and knowledge of the entire process was invaluable. We had a personal, one to one service that was truly outstanding. She is a major credit to the company. In summary, it has been hectic, exciting, daunting, and moving house is not for the faint-hearted after such a long time. What made it easier for us was choosing the correct estate agent who work for you, the client, and for us it was certainly Ushers. We applaud you because you go the ‘extra mile.’ Thank you to all the talented team at Ushers and wish you continued success for the future.

Throughout the process, they were incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. Their extensive knowledge of the market and their informative guidance made me feel confident and assured. I cannot recommend Ushers Estate Agents enough.

We have used Ushers as an Estate Agent and as a Letting Agent over the last 10 years, and throughout this period have received expert, professional, friendly service from both departments. As a Letting Agent they offer a full-service offering, or, if you wish, you can be more hands-on. Irrespective of which you choose, you receive the same professional attention. If you need any advice, tips, contact details for local trades, Ushers are happy to share their local knowledge, expertise, and time to give you the support you need. On a number of occasions they have helped us through a difficult situation with an honest, decent approach, which is the benefit of working with an independent, family company and we recommend them wholeheartedly. In summary Ushers are an excellent firm.

Really happy with the service Michael & his team gave me! They presented my property much better than the 2 other agents offerings, they were pro active from start to finish & achieved a good price! I would thoroughly recommend Ushers. I think this truly independent family business has got it spot on! I also loved their cracking fee which saved me a lot compared to the other 2 Carshalton agents I spoke to.

Myself and my partner rented a property from Ushers in 2022. The property was lovely but the whole moving in process was made a lost easier by Ushers. They were incredibly patient and took the time to understand our needs and concerns. They were quick with responding to emails and any issues we had were sorted very quickly. Having moved to another estate agents we didn't realise how lucky we were to have Ushers. We will definitely be looking to go back! Most of our dealings were with Stephanie however, every time we entered Ushers in person, the whole team were helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend!

Michael and Stephanie have been great from day one. They had the unenviable task of managing our expectations in a difficult market, which they did very well and managed to secure us a good price on our property. The level of communication from them has been brilliant and they were always available to discuss elements of the process and chase things when needed. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Ushers have been managing our property for 18 months and have been extremely professional and responsive at all times. As a Landlord who lives a distance away from the property their management is essential to ensure the tenants are looked after and supported. Ushers are quick to respond to any queries and offer advice and guidance where required. They have strong relationships with local contractors who are on hand to resolve any maintenance issues. I would recommend them to any fellow landlord.

Really pleased with the way Michael & his team looked after my husband & I with our house sale Great pictures of our house- the professional photography really helped. You achieved a great price for us & thanks for offering us the lowest fee out of the 3 agents we talked to! We will never use a large estate agency chain again. You offered much better communication too. Go Ushers!
