From my first phone call with Stephanie I found Ushers to be very approachable and professional. Stephanie, Michael and the rest of the team are more than happy to answer any questions. They made the process of renting out our flat very straightforward. I would highly recommend Ushers Estate Agents.

CONFUSED why I was told when called that a valuation is £120 +vat or to get a free valuation by another agent and then go back to these guys to list my house. Erm I think customer service is lacking here if you wanted my business of a house over £600k you've just lost it. Good luck.

Just exchanged on our new house purchased through Ushers, we had a long chain with a tough journey but this was made easier with the help and support of Stephanie and Michael. They were always available, approachable and as informative as possible. Thank you both and will recommend your agency to friends going forward :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We are really glad we instructed Ushers to sell our house. The photographer they used took great photos and we achieved the full asking price for our property. Going with a small independent branch I feel gave us a more personal touch and service and everything was explained to us clearly throughout the process. I highly recommend using Ushers Estate Agents.

Very happy with the service they provided. As a landlord I do have experience with other estate agents ( really bad one with Brinkleys of Wimbledon ) and I need to say that Ushers Estate Agents are the best I ever use.

"We have no record of you contacting us" argh yes the pseudonym of K. P.S. if you're cross referencing review data with your clientele list you're breaking the law. Will be reporting this matter to the ICO as that was not the original purpose of data collection.

I recently used Usher's services to rent out my property, and I cannot recommend them enough. All the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the process and their commitment to finding us the most suitable tenant was astounding. The entire process went exceptionally smoothly and I will 100% use them again!

Ushers is definitely the best estate agent I have ever met. They are very responsive, supportive and understanding. It has been a hard time for us to go through all the process with some other parties but the Usher agents have worked very hard to make this happen.

Fantastic service from a very efficient & more personal Estate Agent! I've tried the larger chains in the past but frankly they just don't compare to Ushers. Well done team in getting me a fabulous price for my house & an 8 week completion! I loved their better "premium marketing", pro active communication and friendly staff. Choose Ushers. They are a cut above the rest!

Great Estate Agents!! Best in the area!! They managed a property I've lived in for more then three year and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Very professional but with an excellent personal touch. They always responded and solved any issues promptly. I've just secured another property through them and I would 100% fully recommend them. Try them for yourself and see!

We had the good fortune of selecting Ushers, an independent family run company to sell our parents house. Their communication throughout the process was superb, a pleasure to do business with an honest decent company, the owner and all the staff. Thanks.
