We have used Ushers for over 2 years to manage the rental of our house while we work away from London. They have provided good customers for our house and most importantly treated tenants with respect and good service which is important to us. Communication is always good and responsive. The fees always seem high as an industry but at least with Ushers they deliver good service.

very helpful, i am currently receiving housing benefit which is very hard to find anywhere, other agents seem to just put the phone down with no help. The young lady on the phone advised me where to look which was most helpful considering no other agent seemed interested in my conversation.
