I wanted to use a local estate agent to support small local businesses and Ushers sounded the most promising based on the reviews and recommendations. Michael (the owner) was courteous and very professional but also extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and the current market. He made me feel confident that Ushers was the right estate agent to sell my property and things moved really quickly and efficiently once I was happy to proceed. Michael himself took the pictures (which were fantastic) and my house was on the market within days. Stephanie took over once I had an offer (which was within days of going on the market!) and she was amazing in answering any questions that I had; always quick to return any phone calls or emails. She was extremely reassuring and calm in every aspect right up into completion. She always kept me up to date with the whole process. She is a fantastic asset to Ushers. Both Michael and Stephanie made the whole experience of selling my house less stressful. I would like to thank them for their expertise and professionalism. I cannot thank the team at Ushers enough for their hard work and persistence, especially Stephanie. I finally moved into my flat this weekend. I had been after a property in this particular development for a while and had spoken to Stephanie who kept my details on file. When the property came on the market I arranged a viewing with James, offered and the offer was accepted. This was back in September and as there was, no chain on either side so we assumed this would be a speedy process. Not the case! Poor Stephanie it feels like I was on the phone everyday moaning/pushing and she would listen, give advice and then chase managing agents and solicitors for me. She has been an absolute star throughout the process. The whole team at Ushers: - Stephanie, James & Michael are personable, professional and you can tell they care about their clients. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to help in any way they could to help the speed process up. Stephanie at Ushers has been amazing throughout the whole process. From showing the property, to following through negotiations with the seller and through to getting our purchase over the finish line. Stephanie was always prompt in responding to emails and calls - we would never have to worry! We have worked with Ushers in the past on other properties and have never had a bad experience. They are always professional and not too pushy like some other agents we have dealt with before. They empathise with any change in circumstances and help their clients to reach the end goal. James was also very kind to step in at times when Stephanie was not available. I would highly recommend Ushers estate agents and am sure we will be dealing with them again soon.

From the very first phone call to register our interest for an apartment, up until the moment of exchanging contracts. Ushers have been nothing but fantastic. We had our viewing and James our agent was extremely helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us in the right direction. I cannot recommend Ushers enough. As soon as I got in touch, Michael was immediately efficient and enthusiastic with getting my property sold. From our first chat to having an offer accepted on my property was only about two weeks because they were so organised and efficient and Michael takes great pictures himself. I have utilised Ushers, initially to rent out my property & recently to sell it also. Michael was so clear in his communications with me and very honest in terms of market conditions etc. I cannot rate Ushers more highly.....I have rarely been without a tenant and they are always keeping me up to date with prospective tenants etc.. Kassie, Stephanie & Michael are always on hand to deal with any issues with either myself of with the tenant. I have never had such good service from a letting/sales agent. They have recently also dealt with the sale, although it took longer than it should this had absolutely nothing to do with Ushers...... We chose them over the other estate agents not only because they are they a local business but we were very impressed with Michaels local knowledge along with his enthusiasm and professional attitude. Very kind, energetic, customer-focused family business. Every step of the letting process was made simple and straightforward, even signing the contract and getting the keys was the quickest I had ever seen. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the cleaning company the landlord had hired, so Michael took it on himself to liaise with the landlord in order to get us a compensation for our trouble. James, the agent that showed us the house, was very nice and always available to answer any of our questions, and Stephanie was very clear and thorough going through the contract with us. My partner and I are so far very happy with the service provided by Ushers estate agents, and we are hoping it shall remain the same throughout our stay at their property.
