GoogleThere simply are not enough magnificent words to describe the team at Reeds Rains in Carrickfergus. Not only are Lynsey and her team the absolute best at what they do, but they do it with humanity, grace and professionalism. Worth specifically mentioning Chris and Karen who are the definition of patient, punctilious, actuated and really genuinely care about the client as well as prospective buyers. Nothing was too much hassle and they were so communicative and approachable that they made a daunting experience an absolute breeze. Throughout our long 11 month search for a new home, we dealt with almost all other agents in the area while viewing and offering on properties. Without exception, no other agent came close to conducting themselves the way the team at Reeds Rains did. I emphasise this for context because some interactions with other agents, became so exceedingly stressful to the point that we walked away from purchases. My advice to anyone selling a property in BT38 and surrounding area is to use this team. There are not enough superlatives in the world to describe how magnificent they are on every level and they have our sincerest thanks and gratitude. A class act.

As we all know buying a home can be a stressful process, she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was stress free & enjoyable. Lisa was candid, responsive, provided great feedback and helped explain all details clearly. We would highly recommend Lisa If you hope to buy or sell property.

GoogleMy first experience selling a property in N. Ireland and I could not have been in better hands than with Lynsey and the team at Reeds Rains. Lynsey knows her stuff and within hours had matched the perfect buyers for my house. The sale was seamless and stress free. I Would not hesitate to recommend Lynsey and her team at Reeds Rains if you are looking to sell or buy.

GoogleWe've been through the mill with trying to buy a house. Reed Rains, in particular Chris Gabbey at the Carrickfergus branch kept us informed and together all the way through. Buying and Selling property can be a rollercoaster but these guys have it covered and will have you in very good hands. Some of the other agents use your information and cause problems with the vendor without necessarily being clear and asking permission. Chris, Lindsay and the team were professional and on my side all the way! Definitely recommend!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom the second Lynsey met us to view properties, from the selling of our home to purchasing another, the whole Carrickfergus team was nothing but amazing. Their attention to detail, and helpfulness in what is normally a stressful event was made easier by the team. From my daily conversations with Chris, to updates from Lisa, Karen and Lynsey, they have all been lovely. If you want to sell or buy your next home, Reeds Rains is the place to do it, which is why I chose them to do both π₯° thanks guys, keep up the outstanding work π PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBought my new house from Reeds Rains Estate agents and cannot recommend them highly enough. Communication was excellent, and Lisa kept her finger on the pulse ensuring we got moved in December. Certainly would not have happened otherwise. My only regret is that I didn't sell my property with them.
Thank you Tracy for this feedback, we're glad you got moved in these strange times. Hopefully we can help you again at some stage down the line. Best of luck with your new home! Team RR.

GoogleI approached Reed Reins when selling my house. I cannot recommend the team enough, especially Chris, who is an awesome estate agent, knows his business, kept us informed and up to date at all times. I never once had to chase anything up. We had a number of problems during the sale and Chris pulled out all the stops and went the extra mile. A buyer actually had to withdraw at the final hurdle and I was devastated to say the least but Chris was there and it was not long before we had another buyer. He helped me every step of the way. It was an emotional roller coaster at times but I could always rely on Chris as I knew he would do his best and go the extra mile. I had total confidence in him and Chris was able to get the sale over the line and its all done and dusted now. I am excited to be moving forward and could not thank Reed Reins enough especially Chris for all the hard work and professionalism that he showed throughout this process! Many many thanks ChrisPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI cannot recommend Chris enough, he managed to take what was an exceptionally unusual sale with many unforeseen issues from dead in the water to completion. Having dealt with numerous other agents I can say without a doubt that this sale would not have completed if Chris had not been involved; he is a real asset to Reeds Rains and I thank both him and the rest of the team for all their support during the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
