GoogleLynsey and team supported us through a long and fraught sale of our late Mum and Dad’s home. They were helpful at all times and genuinely went the extra mile to keep things moving along, especially when we hit unexpected bumps along the way. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Just completed Apartment Sale 2 weeks ago as a first time buyer with Reeds Rain. Was about to give up finding and completing on a property until I made contact with Chris. Chris made the whole process a breeze, from communication to enquiries, excellent. Will also mention Lois Keefe. Lois is a financial advisor with Reeds Rain who got me my home. GoogleReeds Rains are fantastic ,that adjective doesn't begin to describe how helpful, understanding, diligent and professional they are,we canvassed 4.estate agents in carrickfergus and without a, doubt we picked the best, when they say they will do something, you can trust it will be done, they are always working on your behalf, through lunch time and even out of office hours. Now let's have a special mention of the A TEAM Lynsey Alia and Debbie, Without them guiding us and holding are hand figuratively speaking, we don't know how we would have got through this, particularly as the A TEAM, had to deal with our solicitor who we are very unhappy with. If any of our friends want to buy or sell a house (we were the vendor) I will implore them to use Reeds Rains, Many thanks Elaine & Kerry

GoogleI have just purchased a house through Reeds Rains and they have proved to be an excellent estate agent on many fronts. From the outset they listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions throughout the process aligned with our requirements. This meant we did not waste our time looking at properties that did not meet our needs. My main contact at Reeds Rains was Alia and her communication skills are excellent. Whilst Alia was great throughout the process, she came to the fore towards the end of the process when I had difficulties with the lack of communication from my solicitor. During this time Alia was able to smooth the waters and get the necessary responses, or, provide me with the advice/information I needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains and Alia.

GoogleI used Reeds Rains before around 2 years ago for the purchase of my new build property. Therefore I knew when I wanted to sell the aforementioned property again recently and purchase my new build apartment with them what I was getting and that was exactly what it says on the tin... Professionalism, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. I can’t speak more highly about the team such as Lisa, Lynsey and Alia who were all instrumental to me receiving more than the asking price for the property I was selling. In particular I would like to take a minute to mention Debbie who most of my dealings were with as she literally kept me updated on a daily basis regarding the property I was selling and purchasing. Debbie is a talented and professional estate agent and tackles any unforeseen issues with gusto and tenacity. Finally, thanks to all of the team at Reeds Rains in Carrickfergus and I wish you all the best for the future!

GoogleLindsay and her team were helpful and friendly and looked after the sale of our property brilliantly. Lindsay valued our property and was realistic with the price, she later negotiated the sale of our property liaising with another estate agents to secure the sale. Lindsay and Lisa helped to smooth out problems with the completion date to make sure we were able to move when we needed to. Throughout they were professional but kind and calm, I highly recommend Lindsay and her team!

GoogleProfessional, friendly and personal service provided by all the members at Reeds Rains, Carrickfergus. From the moment of valuation with Lynsey, through to the sale with Debbie, we knew we were in good hands with RR. The whole team are superb. Debbie, Lisa and Alia have all had a helping hand in the sell of our house. Valuation was open and honest with Lynsey. She gave us a good indicator of what to expect in today's selling market. Alia, Lisa and Debbie were fantastic in arranging viewings, and feedback on such was always prompt. Communication with the team since our house went on the market was flawless and their response time to any questions we had was commendable. Debbie in particular has been fantastic and she looked after the sale of our house, keeping us up to date at every step of the way. We rarely needed to contact Debbie - she contacted us promptly with any new information we needed to know. Debbie is warm, friendly, efficient and professional, and took away so much of the normal stress of selling a house. And in her absence, Lisa and Alia have been on the ball - we always felt that there was clear communication among the team and no matter who we spoke to they were up to date on the progress of our house sale. We are also buying our next home through Reeds Rains, and this process has been seamless also, again with Debbie taking the lead on this, but additionally support is always available from the other team members too. We couldn't have asked for a better team around us. Thank you to the whole team!

GoogleI would highly recommend Reid rains, we put all our buisness through their carrickfergus branch , from selling our own home to buying a new home, my husband x i were very impressed for many reasons, their professional approach was fantastic whilst still remaining friendly this was a great help for my husband and I, all the girls were fantastic x kept us informed through the process, any time we had an enquiry the girls were on the ball and always returned calls to update us, a big thank you to all of them, if anyone thinking of selling their home or buying a new one I would say to go and make an appointment with this branch you will not be disappointed.

GoogleI have viewed a number of properties through Reeds Rains carrickfergus. Every single time i call the office i am greeted with pleasant welcoming staff who are happy to help out. When viewing our most recent property we dealt with Lisa, she is nothing short of fantastic, gives you plenty of your own space and does not bombard you with questions. Very patient and understanding and went above and beyond to obtain information that would usually be obtained at the solicitor stage. Some estate agents make property viewing a hassle, Lisa really does make it a joy.

GoogleWe were very apprehensive about selling our property but we are so pleased we decided to choose R.Rains as they know what they are doing. Lynsey was great to deal with - very professional, honest and efficient throughout our selling process. All the girls in the office are very professional too and can answer any queries about properties as everything is updated electronically. Our house sold within a day of being marketed and we are due to complete very soon. Must also add that I found it very helpful that Reeds Rains operate like a modern day business and are contactable at all times. They open from 9am until 5.30pm everyday and open on a Saturday too. They don't close over lunch which is very useful if someone wants to book a viewing of your property and they have called during their lunch hour. A great service and very highly recommended! GoogleI had a fantastic experience using Reeds Rains for my recent sale in Barn Mills. Having previously used a competitor who tried and failed (spectacularly) twice with this relatively simple sale I then called in with RR at which stage my fortunes improved dramatically. The level of service was way above the competition in terms of response rate, accuracy of communication and understanding of the market. They quickly found me a new buyer and concluded the sale swiftly with minimum stress for all concerned. I'd encourage anyone in the Carrickfergus area to speak with them first if they're considering selling their home. Lynsey, Debbie and the team come highly recommended.

GoogleI recently bought my first home with Reeds Rains Carrick and I can not fault the experience or service I received. Lisa and Debbie were really helpful throughout and always went out of their way to be accommodating. Any queries I had were always followed up promptly and there was regular communication with me throughout the process. I found all of the staff to be really friendly and it definitely helped during what is notoriously quite a stressful time.

GoogleReids Rains in Carrickfergus were a dream to deal with. From the initial consultation through to the handing in of our keys, the process was simply seamless. We were kept up to date with regular communication via email and phone calls. Every member of staff was friendly and willing to help in any way they could.
