GoogleI have been using RR to manage a rental property for the past 7 years and over this time have built up an excellent working rapport with Lisa inparticular. From advertising the property to dealing with applications and finding a suitable tenant the process has been hassle free for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending the landlord services RR can offer. And for any of you landlords out there wondering about taking out the rent protection policy, from experience I’d say do it. During the use of that policy Lisa professionally kept me in the loop of any relevant information once again taking out a good bit of the stress of having to go through that process. Thanks Lisa

GoogleWe were tenants in a local property for many years, Lisa helped us the entire journey - she was knowledgeable, quick to respond and was great at communicating issues whenever they arose. We found Lisa very professional in comparison to other people in her sector, and we have always recommended friends and family to rent through Reeds Rains if possible - especially the Carrick Branch. Thank you Lisa, if we ever sell our property we will return to Reeds rains, only on account of how impeccable your service was when we started off our journey to home ownership by private renting. GoogleWhere to even begin about Reeds Rains, the entire staff have exceeded all expectations throughout the selling of our house and purchase of our new home, all through Covid 19 aswell. Each member of staff that I have dealt with ranging from Chris, Karen, Lynsey and Lisa they are extremely helpful with general queries and any problem that we occurred it was resolved quicker than I could ever had imagined. The attention to detail is rivaled by none, they are extremely professional and friendly. Lisa has been unbelievable throughout all of this and I couldn't recommend Reeds Rains more, she has made the whole process a fun thing to go through, there has been no stress and no problem too big, the hardwork and dedication has been unreal. I dont think I could thank Lisa and the Reeds Rains team enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJust recieved the keys for my beautiful new house today from Reeds Rains. I can't thank Lisa, Karen, Chris and the rest of the team enough, they made the process of first time buying smooth and pain free. They were easy to communicate with and responsive to our silly 'first-timer' questions and queries. Lisa has also been helping us with our rented apartment and we can't thank her enough for her consideration during these trying times.
