We had such a positive experience with Reeds Rains from start to finish. They made everything to do with our sale and purchase very easy, were quick to get things moving and communication was great across the whole process. Lynsey and Chris were helpful throughout and very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use them again in future.

Our negotiator, Chris Gabby, was absolutely first class in leading us through this somewhat different process. Unusually, acting for both Vendor and purchaser, he was extremely patient, professional, understanding and empathetic, culminating in a perfect result for both parties. Thank Reid’s Rains.

I couldn’t rate the staff and service I received high enough. This was a very emotional sale for me, both Lyndsay and Chris were so empathetic and compassionate, not to mention patient. From the moment we decided on Reeds Rain, Chris just took the reins and guided me through each stage, keeping me up to date as we went along and the sale went though smoothly. Thank you again so much.

Brilliant service, especially Karen. Karen helped ease my worries in the final stages of the purchase. The whole house sale and purchase process was completed in about 3 months and we really couldn't have asked for anything more. Had put off moving for years and thanks to how easy it all was with Reed Rains we finally made our dream a reality.

Would totally recommend Reeds Rains if you are thinking of buying or selling a house, or both! We decided to get our house valued and met Lynsey at the end of August. She was like a breath of fresh air and took all the worry and concerns we had and made them disappear. Luckily we found a property which they were selling that fitted our every need. Then we met Chris and Karen who were just as efficient and helpful. They helped us and guided us every step of the way. They all bent over backwards to help us prepare and sell our property and also to access to our new proposed property for measurements/checking things etc etc. All in all it took 3 months in total. Well done Reeds Rains Carrickfergus Branch, you are all 🌟

I have used a number of estate agents over the years but I can honestly say that Lyndsey and her team are the most professional I have ever dealt with. Right from the initial valuation I knew I was in safe hands. All viewings were coordinated perfectly and I was kept in the loop of any changes to the schedule. There was a very quick follow up after viewings for feedback and the offer process was completely stress free due to the way they handled it. Every time a member of the team phoned me about the sale, I felt like I was the only person on their books, they were so attentive. I don't plan to move again but if I do, I would certainly use Reeds Rains Carrickfergus and I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen! Keep up the good work! A fantastic team 🙂
