After a disappointing experience with another agency, moving to Reeds Rains was a breath of fresh air. From the start, they were professional, supportive, and truly listened to us. Lynsey was incredibly helpful, she stepped in right away when we came to them for help, and made us feel like we were finally in good hands. Chris, our negotiator, was excellent throughout. He kept us updated at every stage, offered great advice, and handled everything with a level of care and professionalism that made a stressful process much easier. Thanks to the team’s effort, we got exactly the result we were hoping for. We couldn’t recommend Reeds Rains more highly, they were simply brilliant from start to finish.

Saw a house being sold by Reeds Rains, sent 2 messages via Rightmove and then an email directly. None were responded to. After a few days, decided to ring them to try & arrange a viewing. Managed to arrange the viewing. But had no explanation or apology for the lack of response. Went to the viewing, received no follow up or a request for feedback. I was just grateful we hadn't chosen them to sell our house!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

From the moment we enquired with Reeds Rains in Clevedon to the moment we sold our property, they were nothing short of helpful, engaging and there when we needed them.
