TrustpilotAbsolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, there seems to be little control relating to the companies they allow to use the Facebook platform to promote their products, which from my experience and research, are in the whole, pretty poor. I constantly receive posts on my Facebook page promoting goods and services and when I review the said goods or services they mostly have a one to two star rating for the product and/or service.Facebook seem to have very little in the way of filters in relation to who they are happy to accept money from to promote their products, so suggests they are also potentially happy to let their Facebook users be exposed to poor quality goods and services, hence my one star review. They should really carry out some form of due diligence before accepting money and allowing any old company to use their Facebook platform to promote their goods and services.

TrustpilotAbysmal experience with Meta AI
I was really looking forward to trying out Meta AI, but unfortunately, it's been a disappointment. The responses often feel generic and lack depth. I've had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, the AI seems to miss the point. The conversation feels forced and unnatural, like I'm talking to a robot (which, I guess, I am). The lack of understanding and insight has been frustrating. I was expecting a more intuitive and helpful experience, but it's a letdown.

TrustpilotFB isn’t social media…
FB isn’t social media…They have been the biggest enablers of all the bad habits and encourage them to continue. 1. FB is the new adult content site. I don’t know if you knew but now you get daily recommendation of all the best adult content they have to offer. Their reel is nothing but unfiltered and no blur adult content. You see everything. Best of all you report it. Their mod’s reply back saying they will not be taking it down. Mind blown. So FB knows about this and actively promotes it. 2. It’s a scam haven. If you want to scam feel free to join them. They won’t stop you. Their market place is a joke. And their dating service is a bigger joke. 3. They hack your devices. How do I know? I tested it and I figure it out. Had Facebook site opened in the background while talking to someone on the phone. Purposefully saying key words and brand names to see if it caught it. Hung up the call refreshed the site and there it was ads for the items I was talking about. Mind you every setting they make available to me is set to restricted and do not monitor. I’ve opted out of everything. Sorry I don’t use a service that spies on me. Overall FB is a virus. That found a way to run legally and have legal protections to steal. I’ve done the research and put it all to the test myself. And seen it with my own eyes. I’m sure that If the government stepped in moderated them fixed them up then they would receive a higher rating. But no social media is a rowdy dangerous Wild West haven for the worst things possible.

TrustpilotFacebook have only once took down '…
Facebook have only once took down ' puppies for sale ' advert that i report. I report many more .Rescue centres are full and i know some of these adverts are from puppy farms . I called psychic sofa, i wrote an honest review which was negative as experience was bad. Facebook took it down stating i was just looking for likes. I then put screenshot of the call and bank statement to prove it happened. They re just not very nice people i think. I dont care if they remove my account ,but it must be dreadful if your business relies on it . I think they should just say ' we accept any puppies for sale advert 'because thats what they do.

TrustpilotOne or more hackers from Pakistan took…
One or more hackers from Pakistan took over our business page that we built over ten years, a following of 167,000 people, and it was taken over by hackers two weeks ago and facebook has done nothing. Took a week to get a trouble ticket opened and then it's been another week, so the hackers have access to our base, our support page, all our information, TWO WEEKS. Facebook provides no route to resolution, no people to talk to, and we used to spend $2K a month on advertising with them until this happened!

TrustpilotFacebook's Unjust Practices: A Platform in Decline
I am extremely disappointed with Facebook and its handling of accounts. They shut down accounts without providing any clear explanation or response, leaving users in the dark. My account has been restricted numerous times simply for posting or commenting, often without any valid reason. The Facebook system is a complete mess and far from what it used to be. I demand the resignation of everyone involved who can't do their job properly. It's frustrating and unfair to loyal users who just want to engage with their friends and communities. This platform has seriously gone downhill.

TrustpilotDangerous
Okay. I've just had my actual genuine facebook account suspended. For..... reporting a profile over a period of 3 months for using photos of me swiped from a dating app. And guess what. That profile impersonating me is still there. Why hasn't that profile after being reported numerous times over many months not been asked to verify who they are via photo id and video selfie. Like I've had to several times??? It's about time this dangerous site is shut down.Anyone from meta reading this. I tell you. I am now seeking legal advice.

TrustpilotFB "security" is grossly inadequate
It's hard to know where to start in describing the problems with Facebook (FB). My original concern was their obnoxious policy of claiming ownership of all the photos and other content any user posts. For the last several years, FB has become little more than an echo chamber and a platform for spreading disinformation and outright lies ("stolen election," anyone?). But the last straw was their grossly inadequate security policies. After my email was compromised in a large-scale data breach by another large company, someone used it to log in to my FB account. To their credit, FB sent me an alert, and I followed their steps to "secure" my account, including setting up 2-factor authentication (2FA) through my authenticator app. Then, a few days later, I got another alert from FB that someone had accessed my account and changed my password. This should not have been possible, as no one has had access to my phone (the only device that uses my authenticator app), so I can only conclude that there is some major flaw in FB's security, including their implementation of 2FA. I have deleted my FB account, and will never use FB again.

What a disgusting platform to just disable someone's account with zero reason, not even an email to say why and with no means of appealing it. All those precious memories and photos/videos forever gone. Karma will reach out to those responsible, I assure you! Just wait and see, you'll pay for this you sad pathetic individuals! I have been on this since it first launched, now the only photo's I have of my grandparents are gone, this isn't good for ones mental health 😔

TrustpilotI once got marked as a «fake profile»
I once got marked as a «fake profile». I made a profile so i could keep in touch with a person who was selling me My dog. But i didn’t have pictures or friends so Facebook deleted My profile. Now two years later, a fake profile has been made to impose as My dogs seller. Where she wrote me and asked me to send gift cards through Apple. This was obvious a fake profile, since im still friend with this person, so i reported it. But apperently Facebook meant that this was a mistake of me. Are u having a laugh? This guy tries to scam me, but nah, thats not a fake profile.

Lost all of my photos and my business page. They don’t care about you and their security from hackers is horrible. Do not sign up!

TrustpilotAccomplice to Fraud
Absolutely no real support. FB would let usurpers make fake accounts of yours without blocking them, but would block YOU in return when you report them. They will also block you if you report too many of the OBVIOUS scam Advertising they fill on your profile if you report them. They will also block you if you are proving some facts about something they don't want you to know about... No freedom of speach, a place perfect for scammers and hackers as they are treated like kings... FB does not respect his own regulations, compliences and rules. They are actualy "accomplice to fraud" as they accept payment from scammers to Advertise to scam people on their platform. They should be brought to the laws for all those rules they broke themselves while it's imposed to users!

ontent (5/5): The post effectively communicates the exciting launch of a new online store, enticing followers with a special discount and inviting them to explore the product offerings. It clearly mentions what the store sells and highlights the unique selling points, which is crucial for generating interest.Engagement (4/5): The post encourages engagement by inviting followers to visit the website and shop, as well as thanking them for their support. Including a call-to-action (CTA) to visit the store and a hashtag strategy (#NewStoreLaunch, #OnlineShopping, etc.) helps in reaching a broader audience interested in similar topics.Visual Appeal (4/5): While the post is text-based, adding a high-quality image of a featured product or the store's logo could enhance visual appeal and attract more attention in a feed dominated by visuals.Clarity and Tone (5/5): The tone is upbeat and enthusiastic, fitting for a celebratory announcement. The language is clear and concise, effectively communicating the main message without unnecessary details.Overall (4.5/5): This is a well-crafted Facebook post that effectively announces the launch of a new online store while engaging followers and encouraging them to take action. TrustpilotFrustrating Support Experience, Locked Out with No Real Help
Terrible support experience. I was unable to get any assistance to disable the security feature blocking access to my account. I went through multiple calls and countless email exchanges with Facebook support, wasting a lot of time and speaking to several agents. They seemed willing to help but ultimately couldn’t do anything. This problem is widely reported online, yet Facebook offers no real solution. At this point, I’ve given up on using the platform.

TrustpilotI would not trust this company
I would not trust this company. They allow hate speech, but are very selective in banning posts that disagree with their opinions. They have all your information, so privacy is non existent. They target ads based on something you search on a different platform - how they even know it? They completely disrespect your privacy, and there is nobody to talk to if you have a concern or an issue. They can also ban you for absolutely no reason.

TrustpilotDATA RANSOM
The most horrific form of personal identification, despite plenty of proof provided before, involving personal ID and *official documentation* otherwise you cannot access or delete your account/private data! This is the same BS that Twitter pull, hoarding data for ransom and despite their claims to adherence to GRPR and EU reguards, as I already know and many of my colleagues and friends do, BUSINESSES DO NOT ADHERE TO PRIVACY LAWS AND WILL SHARE DATA - therefore, you cannot access your own data, and as such none of it can be recovered and or deleted and they may use it endlessly to share to third parties (again, despite what they say). This is an absolute disgrace.

TrustpilotFacebook don't care
My Facebook & Yahoo account (which was linked to my Facebook account by my email) and I reported it to FB which they put a block on, that was great, but since then, nothing. The hacker, FB found to be Nigerian has put up a 2-factor authentication code on my accounts locking me out. I even have a selfie as my profile picture and because I'm not American, they will not accept my photo ID or birth certificate. I have had a FB account since 2009, 15 years of memories, photos, friends; all gone, and Facebook don't care about their users like they say they do. No customer service, a hacker has my profile, and I get stuff all help from FB. So far, there is no justice for the people who have their accounts hacked, and I've paid a lot of money to IT companies to help me, but FB won't care about that either. I have lost all respect for FB, totally disgusted and disappointed.
