Facebook have suspended my account mistakenly claiming that an Instagram account I've never heard of is mine and that it doesn't follow their rules. I am a small business owner, and my Facebook page has been unfairly restricted from running ads for over two months. Despite following all of Meta’s advertising policies, my account was disabled with no clear reason provided. I rely on Facebook ads to sustain my business, and this restriction is severely impacting my sales and customer reach.On July 21st, I submitted my ID and requested a review, as per the instructions provided by Meta support. I was told that the issue would be resolved within a few days. However, it's now September, and I still haven't received a response. I’ve contacted Meta’s support team multiple times, and while they initially promised to help, no real action has been taken to restore my account.I have always followed Meta’s guidelines and have never had any prior violations. My business is suffering due to this extended ad restriction, and I feel that Meta’s automated systems and lack of clear communication are causing significant harm to small businesses like mine.I’m asking Meta to urgently review my case and lift the unjust restriction so that I can continue to serve my customers and maintain my livelihood. I also believe there should be compensation for the financial losses caused by this prolonged error.

It's disheartening when you work hard…

It's disheartening when you work hard for a living and your newsfeeds full of idiotic influences, making fools of themselves on a 30 second reel while earning triple the money I would earn in a year you can't have banter with your friends anymore with out your account being suspended for "bullying" or inciting violence yet there's unlimited videos of people being stabbed beaten up and so much misinformation wich is harmful for everyone and don't get me started on the endless woke crap I have now deleted my Facebook account permanently

Facebook support is NONE existent!

Had a 2 groups of 40000 sellers taken down due to allowing all ads as copyright was breached by some sellers.. built in assistant not a lot of use can't go directly to the listing from market place messages without trudging through FB app (used to be able to) can't trust other admins so basically a 'PITA' to use..! my selling site is now over 32000 with 200+ ads and 10 requests a day and I have to monitor everyone and everything.. impossible to manage!

Facebook are scamming people all over the world seen a post with my pictures on up forsale reported it as were not forsale and they still wouldnt remove post when facebook was on the news the goverment should of closed it down for good people getting threatened harassed the lot and they dont do anything about it worst app on playstore full scammers and with facebook not removing makes me wonder if its them thats scamming people and not some random member of the public

Why is Facebook accommodating scammers and doing nothing!!!

Someone has impersonated me, stole my pictures and set up another page in my name. He is now trying to scam all my friends and also requesting friends request from other people and the trying to scam them. The surprising and annoying thing is that when you go to help centre on FB there is no where for reporting such! I have sent numerous reports using different ways and I still have not received a response! This guy still has my photos and is still pretending to be me and trying to scam people! Does anyone know how to report scammers to FB?

Banned permenantly after 15 years without a reason and cant appeal to a human being

I had a great experience with fb for 15 years and connected with friends and family and built up a fantastic supportive community. However my facebook account has been banned, chopping off my support system from underneath me and leaving me floundering. I have mental and physical disabilities and connected with similar individuals - They ask for you to provide id before they ban you - a selfie and govt documents proving who you are and say if they can verify who you are they will reinstate you, but they dont. So youve given them this personal information about you for nothing! Im extremely annoyed that you cant speak to a human being to find out what has gone wrong and why - so you cant remedy the situation

Did fraud to me and not refunding my money

Very bad experience. Facebook blocked my ads account several times within a span of two to three days. They asked for my ID and selfie video. I provided that and got my account approved.I got irritated by this and decided not to work with FB ads, so i requested a refund of prepaid balance that I added into my wallet. It was unused, so I requested a refund.Guess what they did. They blocked my account again, saying it was hacked. Now, to access I have to provide my ID and selfie video.Now, from last 20 days, I have been sending them my IDs and selfie videos, but they said they could not confirm my identity. It was the same ID I used earlier to get reaccess to my account, but this time, it was about money, so they're not approving any of my IDs out of the three I uploaded.What should I do? They still have my money. Neither they're responding not refunding my money. So, leaving a review here was my last option. I don't have any hopes now.Learning for you based on my experience: Facebook can block your account anytime without any reason, so never ad prepaid balance in your ad manager wallet. They are doing fraud.

Meta is doing fraud!!!

I don't know what's wrong with Meta, it's the second time my ad manager account got disabled without a valid reason. When it happened for the first time they said it was because my current location and payment method I used showed different country's location but that couldn't be possible in any way because I lived in India my bank account is in Indian Bank the time I made the payment I was in India so how could this be possible and the second time happened just a few minutes ago the reason I got on the notification is I don't follow their community guidelines like for serious? just 3 days ago I created my second account and set up my page and ad manager account had not done anything that violates Facebook community guidelines. Both times it happened just after I made the payment for the ad.And the best part of all this is they have worse support service! What do I do now?

What is actually going on at Meta…

What is actually going on at Meta headquarters? I've been a Facebook user for almost 20 years, but the site has become so damn unusable I'm considering leaving it entirely. It has become especially useless to businesses and advertisers. My Facebook business page has gotten literally ZERO interactions in the past month despite having an audience of well over 100 followers and dozens of posts (which used to get at least one or two interactions each until some recent awful "algorithm update"), the Facebook groups I'm in are all having problems because Facebook's new and "improved" algorithms are only showing users sales and fundraising posts while hiding the actual good content and mandatory rules the groups rely on to offer their members any value or maintain any law and order, and Meta now seems to have fully automated its ad creation process to the point that we are no longer allowed to have any input at all in what target audiences our ads are shown to. This week I was not even able to choose a specific geographic audience for the IN-PERSON EVENTS I AM ADVERTISING. Basically all of the features in "Meta Business Suite" glitch out constantly and work less than half of the time, and there is no way to contact a human for any support. All of the "Contact Support" buttons either do nothing when I click on them or disappear and redirect me to utterly and completely useless and irrelevant "help" articles that have nothing to do with the features I need to advertise my business which have now been removed from the advertising capabilities or the glitches I am experiencing which are causing the few features that DO remain to simply not load or work. What in God's name is going on over there? Are they TRYING to lose customers? It really feels like that at this point.

Wrong way of using power

I'm (or was) a member for more than 10 years. Yesterday I found out I was blocked from a certain group without any notification. If I didn't search for something I wouldn't even know. When I asked the person in charge of the group he explained to me that I was blocked because I used a weblink multiple times. That isn't true at all. I accidentally did that once. Today I send a DM to Facebook to ask for more information about it and now my account has been suspended just a few minutes ago. Wauw! What a wrong way of using your power Facebook. Now I dont even want to use your crappy app anymore. I deleted Facebook and Messenger and I really hope that it's going to bite you in the ass! This is not the way to handle your customers!!!

Created a new Facebook account

Created a new Facebook account for my business, entered my details and created a password . Tried to log in but my account was immediately disabled and said I had to appeal with id proof. It stated I had gone against Facebook standards and policy-… how exactly I haven’t even posted anything I haven’t even logged into my new account!!! I’m still waiting for the response to my appeal days later.- I don’t actually care if Facebook does reject my appeal and ban me they are being ridiculous considering all the fake and spam accounts that are still on Facebook and they don’t remove these. Pathetic facebook there are other social media sites much easier to set up new accounts for so I’ll go there instead. I’m now done with Facebook 😡

Ou suppression définitive si la pièce d'identité n'est pas acceptée.J'avais un compte, principale, très vieux, actif, pour gérer des groupes et des pages, qui, parfois étaient restreints, par des bugs, et j'avais été obligé, il y a plusieurs années, de créer un compte secondaire, en redondance, pour pouvoir continuer à modérer mes groupes et mes pages si le compte principal avait des problèmes. Ce compte secondaire est (était maintenant) peu actif.J'utilise Facebook juste pour consulter des news, ou communiquer avec quelques personnes. Rarement pour poster, réagir ou commenter quoi que ce soit. Et là, ce 24 août, je vois mes deux comptes suspendus, avec obligation, à la fois de fournir un selfie et une pièce d'identité, même si un numéro de téléphone est fournie pour recevoir un code SMS (authentification à deux facteurs)! Mais c'est quoi leur problèmes? Je n'ai spammé personne, j'ai insulté personne, ... Appremment une inactivité peut être aussi suspecte pour Meta. Beaucoup ce monde se plaignent de cela tout récemment d'après mes recherches sur Google et Reddit.Apparemment, Instagram est touché aussi par ce problème. Et même quand un numéro de téléphone est fourni. Aucune autre plateforme comme Google, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, X, n'a fait de menaces de la sorte, même avec plusieurs comptes, avec obligation de fournir un document sensible de vie privée, car un numéro de téléphone leur a suffit!Il faudra que les autorités se penchent dessus, CNIL, justice, l'Europe, les Etats-Unis, faire des class actions, etc, ou se tourner et faire vivre des alternatives, en dehors de Meta. Il faut en finir avec dictature Zuckerberg, digne d'un mix de 1984 de George Orwell, Matrix, d'idiocratie, et de Black Mirror, je n'ai pas cité toutes les dystopies. lui même hors-la-loi (Facebook Files, Cambridge Analytica, etc). Meta a trop usé de son hégémonie pour que tout monde utilise ses plateformes uniquement (Facebook, Insta, Whatsapp, etc), pour le travail, les études, communiquer, jouer pour gagner de cadeaux, etc. Avant l'invention de Facebook, chacun avait sa propre plateforme, il y avait de la concurrence, des forums plus petites et indépendantes, des blogs, sites web, etc, pour jouer, étudier, communiquer. A part, peut être, Windows Messenger, un mauvais début d'hégémonie de big tech. Par contre, il n'y a aucun problèmes pour les bots, brouteurs, fausses pages d'arnaques, les spams se..uelles, le harcèlement scolaire, au travail, les moqueries, la haine, malgré les signalements. Par ailleurs, si on signale trop, la fonction signaler est bloqué, tout comme le service d'assistance (déjà inexistant, complètement automatisé).

They don't allow any meaning of communication, you can't contact the support, they just link to articles which link to other articlesMy aunt's account has been hacked because she gave her personal info to her friend on messenger who has been also hacked, we searched for a meaning to contact support and give all the proves maybe they help us recover or at least delete the account because the hacker is continuing to access more accounts of naive people. All i found is a bunch of stupid articles linking to each other without an end.PEOPLE NEED REAL SUPPORT NOT ARTICLES.

FB Worst Selling Site In History

This is the absolute worst selling site in the history of sites to use to sell items. I mean no comparison, Facebook really sucks. If I had not already wasted hours and days posting so many ads I would look elsewhere. They NEVER do anything right. They never respond back. They have a help n support option yet never help and never offer any support. You can post an ad that they will flag because it appears to be against their policy. Then you have option to appeal decision. They then will approve ad,which is no surprise,because it shouldn't have flagged in the first place. Yet even know ad was approved, because it got flagged, it's held against you as if you did something wrong. After 3 times the morons block you from posting further. So your punished for their incompetence. Truly the most ignorant, ridiculous running site online. If your thinking of posting items on Marketplace. Don't waste your time. They have no clue what they are doing. They must purposely look to hire the most uneducated, literally dumbest people on earth!!

Horrible I've been locked out of 5 accounts for logging into them from my uncles house, Not only I gave up trying to make a Facebook account for a year, and now I decided to make one but then I get locked out instantly before even being able to get onto it because I have to wait a day to be authenticated, What has Facebook came to now its really bad wouldn't recommend would rather use twitter or any other social media.

Not able to follow own previous replies and keep promises

Someone stole my card data to charge the card through Metapay. I adressed the issue to Metapay. At first they provided a standard "bug off": "We were unable to verify your payment method. To protect our users, we can't confidently re-enable your payments account at this time". However, I didn't ask to verify my payment method (the scam is not related to MY payment methods, it relates to unauthorized use of my card by a third party through METAPAY), nor did I ask to re-enable my payment account, since I don't even have one established. As the thread was closed, my objection by email went to nowhere. The second request was seemingly successful: some Natalia responded they had verified the fact of the fraud and were going to refund me. As this didn't eventually happen, I presented them with the evidence from my bank. A while after I got the same "We were unable to verify your payment method", as if no previous reply by Natalia existed. The thread was again closed by Facebook support. This is abominable. Also, when one presses "See options" button, hoping there's a chance to appeal to their chatbot-like reply and submit a new message to the case thread, all one can see, once a thread is terminated for no reason, is "Delete message". This is mockery.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, there seems to be little control relating to the companies they allow to use the Facebook platform to promote their products, which from my experience and research, are in the whole, pretty poor. I constantly receive posts on my Facebook page promoting goods and services and when I review the said goods or services they mostly have a one to two star rating for the product and/or service.Facebook seem to have very little in the way of filters in relation to who they are happy to accept money from to promote their products, so suggests they are also potentially happy to let their Facebook users be exposed to poor quality goods and services, hence my one star review.They should really carry out some form of due diligence before accepting money and allowing any old company to use their Facebook platform to promote their goods and services.
