They give some much adds special about gambling and even you don’t want to see them and click on that, they just come up and up again. We just want to see what our friends are up to not bombarded with ads and other stuff that distract you. And specially PO about the gambling ads should not be allowed. Shame it could be a nice place to visit and enjoy now it’s just sh#t. By the way tried contacting FB but it’s not possible.

Facebook after 10 years since my sister passed away have taken away my access to her account. I used to keep my sister alive my updating her photos with new ones and looking at her photos for happy memories and to feel she is still with me.They were recently going to delete her account. I had to log in and then contact farce book to prove I am a relative and to prove she died and to prove I am her sister and have accessed her account for the 11 years she has been gone. Now I find I can no longer log in to change her photos and keep her alive, they’ve made it deathly with memorial. You can see all of her photos anymore. Can’t see previous posts. Facebook have killed me. Insensitive and brutal to take my sister away. Can’t get hold of them . Maybe they will answer here and sort this insensitive mess out. I’m broken hearted and want my sisters account back.

A few major issues i have reported multiple ads tgat when you click on them it pops up either to a porn site or flashes a message your pc is infected with a virus. i know better than to click on anything in that window however my mom got scammed. so far 7 reports all of them i got messages back that rhey don't violate community standards. i do have a video i wish trust pilot allowed you to upload them

Trustpilotdenied my legal rights
My account has recently been suspended presumably because some trump supporter has complained it is a fake account. I was not notified that it was being suspended therefore was not given a chance to defend myself and it was not a case of innocent until proven guilty. I was not informed on who objected to my comment or what particular comment was being objected to. This suspension has denied me my right to free speech and make comments on the forthcoming election. In my email I was not spreading misinformation but was quoting things that were in trump's own words in speeches or tweets and I also quoted from the Constitution and legislation of the United States and these are actual facts and not misinformation. I have sent several emails to the security team at face book and have not received any confirmation that they were received or that they are being dealt with.

How can a company not take down pages that are obviously fake they would be treason in the country they are supposed to be about. If you report people that find it funny about people being crushed to death at a football game that doesn't go against community standards but if you jokingly call your husband a long legged rat that is classed as bullying. The list is endless that should be taken down but it doesn't go against stupid community standards. Get rid of AI and use humans. Only reason I keep faceache is to keep in touch with family and friends.Faceache/Meta get a grip. I notice how Facebook and meta aren't defending themselves. Time you were taken into account. Get something done about your crap and pick on the right people. Mark Zuckerberg you are unbelievable. Get Facebook sorted before people leave. Get the bloody spam pages sorted fast. What Facebook calls “community standards” is a joke! Sever direct insults, racism, etc are seen as “not against community standards”! However, an innocent comment to defend oneself in response to direct bullying and name calling gets removed for violating community standards!! My comment, in which I was telling a man who called me a word that people can go to jail for using, was removed by Facebook! My comment was innocent and I was the one who’s bullied!!! Their review algorithms are biased. Extreme bias and double standards!! I have deleted my account as I don’t wish to feed this system. I strongly feel that Facebook encourages bullying and when a person is sitting behind a computer, they are less keen on observing civilised behavior.

Facebook randomly decides to suspend my account saying I've posted stuff against community standards. My account has been compromised with logins without my permission and when I reset my password they locked me out and now it says my account is suspended and to appeal on Instagram. I have tried to do that but there is no option to appeal and the Instagram referring to is not my own account it's a scam account. I have emailed to appeal this as it's wrong and I haven't done anything wrong. It has logged me out of messenger too.Please can someone from the help team get in touch and help me to resolve this matter

Bought 5 digital Scalextric cars on Facebook Marketplace off Tom Morris (not sure if thats his real name) who lives in Sandfields Port Talbot. The listing said all cars are new and that they are all digital. I double checked this with the seller before purchase. It turns out that none of the cars are actually new and only 3 are digital. I contacted Tom for his thoughts and he closed down the chat after insulting me. In my experience Facebook Marketplace has honest sellers but it also has lots of dishonest sellers. In my opinion after making several purchases its a buyer beware site very limited protection. Ebay and Amazon offer far greater protection to buyers in my experience.

And something about bashing street workers that's the reason Facebook gave and I have no idea what there on about. I did an appeal and they still said no so now because of scammers I lose an account I have had for nearly 15 years and all my videos. Photos of my kids that I can't get again. So Facebook stand by scammers now adays so hope your company goes bankrupt

I signed up for a FB account because I wanted to watch my church's livestream, which is on FB. I have a Georgian phone number because I live in the country of Georgia, but I am a US citizen and my legal address is in the US, so on the signup I put both my Georgian number and my US address (which is virtual, my mail service, and is legal on all official documents). FB determined, before my account was even open and even though my account was legitimate, that I violated "account integrity". Translation: FB discriminated against me just because I am a citizen of one country and live in another country.

While the platform itself is useful for staying connected, the customer service is terrible. If you lose access to your account, there’s no way to contact anyone for help, and it feels impossible to recover your account. The app on smartphones is also frustratingly slow, and with every update, it seems to get worse rather than better. It crashes frequently, and the user experience just isn't what it used to be. Until they fix these issues, it’s hard to rate it any higher.

TrustpilotFacebook fails to protect from Hackers and Disables Accounts without an appeals process
I have been caught up with hacking loop that is preventing me from accessing account. This is what happened, somehow an individual has linked an Instagram to my account, they gained access to the Facebook account, got all the information they needed for whatever purpose they intend to use it for and then changed the age to under the legal requirement, which has prompted Facebook to disable it. They must have changed the email address as I did not receive an email that provided a way to appeal. Facebook Help pages require either that I log into the account, which I can't as it is disabled or log in via Instagram but the linked account is the hackers so I can't appeal through either of these means. I just want my photo's and contact lists back. The account is over 20 years old. I have lodged a complaint with the government bodies here in Australia, as Facebook failed to protect my privacy and have again failed me by providing no way to resolve this situation.

Was using Facebook when a screen popped up saying my account was suspended for violating their “drugs, guns, and other prohibited goods” community standard and I that have 180 days to appeal the suspension. If I don’t appeal within that time frame, my account will be deleted, or if the appeal is denied, my account will be deleted. I then received an email stating the same thing. When I pressed the “appeal” button, it asked for my phone number to send a verification code via SMS. I entered the number and no text arrived. Tried this four times and nothing. Then had to download WhatsApp to get the code. Entered the code and then had to enter a code that was sent to my email. This was on 10/16/24. I never received any warning or anything…just poof! Still unable to access the account and no reply from FB. I use the app to keep in touch with family and friends, especially after the recent hurricanes in Florida and North Carolina. I have never posted anything drug or gun related, nor have I posted anything about any of the “prohibited goods”. Pretty sure their stupid AI monitors had a hand in this. Hopefully the account is restored soon. If not, I’m done with Facebook and Zuckerberg’s regime!
