I am deeply disappointed with Facebook's account recovery process. My account was locked, and despite numerous attempts to verify my identity by submitting my valid driving license and passport, my documents were repeatedly declined without any clear explanation.I have followed all the steps outlined in Facebook's guidelines, ensuring the documents were legible and matched the requested formats. Despite this, my appeals seem to be handled by an automated system with no human oversight, making it impossible to resolve the issue.This experience has been frustrating, and the lack of transparency or adequate customer support has left me feeling helpless. As someone who relies on Facebook for personal connections and professional networking, the inability to access my account has caused significant inconvenience.I urge Facebook to improve their identity verification system by:Providing clear reasons when documents are declined.Offering an option for users to escalate issues to a live support agent.Ensuring a more user-friendly process for account recovery.I hope Facebook takes these concerns seriously and enhances their customer service experience. Until then, I would caution others to be aware of the challenges in recovering a locked account.

They will quite happily allow fraudulent transactions to take place before eventually closing your account and providing no access whatsoever with personal and business accounts all deleted. When they identify fraud, they make no effort to refund any money and instead just close the account until they are relentlessly chased. Their support team is nothing short of abysmal, it will take a miracle to get through to them, they’re woefully under trained and don’t know how to handle events beyond setting up 2FA. They will schedule a call with you, not make the call , and then suggest you open a new ticket up on their support portal.Awful experience

Now it's time for me to give facebook its rightfully deserved one star review. Would give a 0 if I could... On one hand, facebook wants people to be active, to keep on scrolling and commenting, but if you comment much, they will do a temporary comment ban on certain places as a protection towards spam (when it's not spam), but without even telling how long time until you can comment again. So to have a complete discussion with someone becomes an annoyance and impossible. Meanwhile, facebook allows people to spam wildly about palestine in any comment field (not just the ones that are about the topic).. They also allow those people to post violent content without repercussions.. They even keep comments from middle easteners and their pack of supporters who shows support for the n4zi movement and say that the dictator should've been allowed to unalive all j3ws. Beyond disgusting and disappointing. It's also impossible to get in touch with facebook support when something has gone wrong and there are no written answers in their help script. One night, I was beyond tired and was gonna comment on a post that something doesn't matter.. nothing spiteful at all, but my phone misspelled it to ALMOST look like a slur. I then got reported for hate speech, and when I pressed that they had misunderstood the situation, there was no field to write freely to them on the appeal. I think that is bs.Facebook has fallen down in the gutter...

My account was disabled without any advice of why. It suggested a username that was the problem that had nothing to do with me. Eventually, after several requests for more information I was given the opportunity to appeal. This involved a video reality check. This failed (so i guess i must be a bot) and I have been barred with no further appeal opportunity. In principal this is outrageous. Now, I have lost some contacts through messenger and a photographic record of one of my hobbies. I have no idea what FB integrity the bogus contact has breached.

Had dinner here this evening, absolutely shocking that you can't pick and choose how you want to have your food.Asked for chicken goujons only, was told we don't have any, I asked is it that you don't have any or that you just won't sell them without the salad, so the answer was we only sell them with salad.The goujons were for my child so I had to order with the salad so they would have something to eat, as for the salad it was a bowl of lettuce with a few cuts of tomato on top and I'd say 3 goujons sliced to make it look better at a cost of €8.Not all children want to eat fake chicken nuggets that are the only other option with chicken and they are awful and tasteless.The mixed doner meat was dry and crusty and not even edible.I asked for burgers only without chips, they still came with chips. I asked for no bread this wasn't a problem because I was still charged for it.Then they try to take the cans that I'd paid the recycling fee on.The waitress was clearing the table while we were still eating, I find that incredibly rude and it's like they're trying to rush you out the door.The cost has gone up €20 more than the last time we ate there and had exactly the same food.I will never eat here again.Terrible experience again.

They allow scam advertisers on their platform and the do absolutely nothing if you report the posts. I have reported racist comments and a post about a threat some made to murder someone and eat parts of them. This person was mentally unwell. Two weeks later the notified me that they decided not to take the posts down. The police too the posts seriously but not Facebook. People promoting drug use. They should be better regulated. I think they should be banned in the uk. There are kids with accounts because they do not perform the correct checks or age verification.

Hi bath and body works My husband and I love your products, well I love it more than he does and we go there because he loves to please me and spoil me, we use his account more than mine because my phone stays home. But I'm emailing you because I just notice that you have a new product for our baby fur animals. That's a great and fabulous idea, but the price on your collar for dog is soooooo ridiculously high almost $30 dollars??? I will send you a picture of dog collars that looks the same as the ones your selling for that ridiculous and absurd price that you have!!This collars only cost $1.25 each at the dollar tree, and the quality is the best of any product I've bought before. And with that money your charging per collar, I can buy roughly 23 collars...Bath and body works you need to stop getting so greedy with your items, also when you sent the free full item or when you spend $100 to get the free items, you need to upgrade your $ amonunt number to at least $18.95 or $19.95. Instead of just compensating your customers with items that are only worth $16.95 because all your good fragrances has gone up in prices.And soon no one will be able to buy any of your products, because walmart sells similar fragrances, body spray, lotions, candles etc for way cheaper,, and the smell last for a full day, they don't use to much alcohol on there spray like I've notice on your recent ones you started making.. plus your sprays are beginning to fade away fast, there not like they were before the Corona virus. There loaded with to much alcohol and not enough scent..I search for good quality items and blog them on my social media with pictures as well. I have more than 15 millions followers and very loyal to my advices because everything I've post for cheaper items has being very successful and very appreciative.. Thank you

I'm giving this platform 2 stars. I like the idea. On being able to go back and time and look at old posts and photos that your friends and family Have put on there in the past. Wile that's a great and all. It's really annoying how it buffers. When you to scroll. People have told me. At phone stores. In other stores that do technology that it could be because my phone is old. And yeah, it was an older phone. But even on my newer devices it still does this. Another thing I don't like is I sent people messages. A either it takes a long time for them to get the message. Or they never get it at all. The whole point of me having this platform is to keep in to. And I can't do that. I can only look at things that have post. It feels like. Which brakes the whole purpose of having Facebook? It really sucks and I Rather Have a different platform. I feel like they're not fixing any of the problems either with the platform.

I have never been registered with Facebook & I've no intention of ever being a Facebook user. I've no issues with those who enjoy Facebook & all it's related activities- but I'm probably just not a Facebook type of person. I therefore have trouble when I'm bombarded with Facebook in almost every one of it's guises. It's as if any everyday communication function has to come along with Facebook options, before I'll ever get anywhere near the ultimate experience in life. It's got to the point where I'll actively avoid anything to do with Facebook rather than succumb to whatever it has to offer - so in other, not very polite words - you can stick Facebook where the sun don't shine

An unrecognisable IG account has locked me out of my personal FB account for two months. I have tried everything to gain access. There support seems non-existent. The small interactions I have had unsypathetic to the problem, which seems a vulnerability on their side. I cannot appeal using their link as I dont have access to the IG account that is causing this suspension. Not only that I have 88 days to complete or my account will be forever closed. Almost 20 years worth of contacts, photos, memories, business pages, groups, data all gone. I am livid with Metas lack of support for an issue I have not caused and their handling of this whole thing has made me anxious and suicidal.

I have been blocked from marketplace since 1,5 years and don't even know why. Have no products I can request a review of and have not gotten any info about an issue with any products. I have tried about everything I could think of to solve this since I need Marketplace for work but nothing works and there's absolutely no way to get in contact with Facebook. I have gotten around the problem with using my partners account but now he is blocked as well and same there, for no reason at all, don't know the reason and there's no products to review because it say that there is no issues.Come on Facebook! If you have this type of service, please make sure it actually works!!!!!

The woman, who was elderly and wearing glasses, was rude and aggressive when I asked for a veggie breakfast and was downright miserable. I came to the till, the chef Dave, who was nice actually came out to ask me what I wanted and told me there was a table ready which I appreciated. The woman on the other hand didn't even look at me but just started writing my order. When I was momentarily distracted, she didn't have the manners to even say, "Excuse me love/sir, but that's six pounds please", instead I got "SIX QUID" repeated at me three times in a snappy aggressive way. Anyway, I sat down to wait for breakfast and sure enough the woman comes out from the kitchen area with the food; before I even received the plate she just snaps "HOT". Conversely, she could have politely said "Careful love/sir, the food is rather hot", or something said in a way that demonstrates she actually wanted me to stay and eat in.I used to be a regular customer of this cafe; sadly I won't be going in there again.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property with garethmills estate agents, the service was highly professional. Gareth Himself is extremely knowledgable and helpful! I do not reside locally and most of my queries were made over the phone, these were always responded to promptly by Gareth and his team. We had some “hold ups” with solicitors and Gareth went above and beyond what was expected of him to contact both sets of solicitors and resolve these issues and speed the process up! We were extremely impressed by the service and highly recommend Gareth Mills.

They give some much adds special about gambling and even you don’t want to see them and click on that, they just come up and up again. We just want to see what our friends are up to not bombarded with ads and other stuff that distract you. And specially PO about the gambling ads should not be allowed. Shame it could be a nice place to visit and enjoy now it’s just sh#t. By the way tried contacting FB but it’s not possible.
