Facebook closed my business account without any explanation but we’re happy to let me run and pay for advertising. There is no way of contacting them to resolve the matter. Not only that but they did the same to my personal account. How can you not have contact details or a live chat with such a large company.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend these guys enough. They helped me take down a greenhouse and move it to my allotment, absolutely no hassle at all. They were efficient, careful, and kind, with some great banter thrown in too! Huge thanks to the team. Hopefully I won’t need a greenhouse removed again anytime soon (lol), but if I do need help with anything else, I know exactly who to call.

Facebook is a disgrace, they allow paedophilia and scammers yet ban someone for a swear word. They treat adults like children. I've met some incredible people on Facebook but the social network site is full of fake fact checkers. I had an account disabled and having lost both my parents and husband very close together I lost all of my photos and memories.

Everything is fine with bank cards and documents, nothing was violated.Sending all the documents leads to nothing, they ask you to send them again. And so it repeats. GoogleMet Gareth and his team when I moved into the local area. I went into the office and everyone made to feel very welcome. With realtors and estate agents you can sometimes feel that you’re just a sale or a transaction but not with these guys. I had a hard budget that I couldn’t go over, and some pretty demanding needs; Not only did they find me a house, they helped me with all of the other stuff that can be stressful and kept me constantly updated with any changes or information. It’s very easy to give them a 5star rating and a recommendation for buyers, sellers, renters or information seekers. Top notch service from a friendly and professional team, you won’t be disappointed.

It forces you to change account, then pointlessly asks you if you want to leave the account you were on.The Business Suite itself is a confusing mess that is simply not fit for purpose.

Frequently claiming a member's log in is supicious, even though it's same as always.Lengthy, pointless re setting of security and password.Communication with users is almost non-existent. The site is huge and sets up inadequate sytems to deal with clients problems.Extensive tracking of members leads to time consuming inappropriate adverts.e. g. a user researches and buys an item Online, and then FB bombard you with offers to buy, or where you can buy, the item you already bought!Facebook was 2 star, now only one as it deteriorates.
