GoogleRuth and her team recently provided me with a new tenant for a rental property in Carmarthenshire. As I don't live locally it was essential for me to find a reliable and trustworthy agent to let the property. Ruth was very efficient, and achieved a competitive rent, with a selection of potential tenants along with organising a gas safe, inventory and a check-in and check-out process. Communication was great and regular at every stage of the process .. GoogleI recently let a property through John Francis, Carmarthen. Aled was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Keeping in touch and keeping us informed at all times. He worked extremely quickly, as we needed to find somewhere straight away, and nothing was too much trouble for him. A real pleasure to deal with, and gave us a far better experience than all of the other estate agents we dealt with while on the hunt for a new home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

As we live abroad we had 100 per cent confidence in them. They have always been extremely proactive and respond immediately to any queries we had and as I was new to the whole thing they were great. GoogleWebsite is horrific. Tried mobile version first - couldn't click on anything. Full version didn't register clicks but 5-10 seconds later would refresh the same page. Every other attempt at accessing the site was met with a CAPCHA. Website aside, the actual dealings I've had with them was an attempt to buy some land which just led to weeks of them telling me I'd been gazumped and to pay a little more. Eventually I gave up and moved on. Horrible experience.
