GoogleNigel inspected my property on the 7th November 2022 and was an absolutely lovely bloke. Inspected it thoroughly, asked me loads of questions and took an interest in me and the area. Excellent service!

Googlebest estate agents Ive used, a very willing and personal service easy to get in easy to get out. low application fees. fast for getting issues fixed. i wish i was still with them, as Ive had a poor experience from day one with my current agent wouldn't even bother with any other agents

Thank you for your review Mr Cooper. A 2 star review is disappointing however this isn't a fair review of Woo Properties performance. A plumber has visited the property promptly on three occasions for this matter. He states there is no fault but even so, with the landlord's agreement, the plumber replaced parts for absolute certainty. As there is no fault, there is no need for the plumber to visit a fourth time.

The landlord of this property decided that for personal reasons they wished to sell the property. Unfortunately this means the property needs to be empty. We gave the tenant all the relevant notices as required. We appreciate that having to find somewhere else to live when it is not your own choice can be stressful but we are following landlord instructions (as we are expect to do) and have continued to support the tenant through this process.
