Terrible agency that will attempt to take your money for ridiculous reasons - especially from younger people. They kept disrespecting us throughout the year, one instance was when we asked if a friend could move into the spare room that we had in the house (which we were paying for) and they said no which was fair enough so we left it at that, but they then proceed to get a 'fake plumber' to come into the house and locked the spare room because they didn't trust us and admitted they did it so we 'don't get tempted to breach the contract' which we would have never done regardless, yet ironically they were breaching the contact by lying to us. Furthermore, when it came to getting our deposits back, they tried to charge us for the most minuscule things such as dust! They also tried to charge the whole house £300 to clean the communal areas which was left spotless and definitely not worth that much to give a clean, they most likely were required to do a professional clean for the next tenants and decided to use us to pay for the clean which is so unethical. Not to mention, charging us for mattress covers which is unhygienic to give to other people but still had to pay for it. The list goes on about how disrespectful, untrustworthy and unreasonable they have been throughout our year tenancy, leaving us very disappointed with the agency. Would most definitely not recommend renting a property with this company unless you want stress, or to get charged for unnecessary things, or see a lot of misconduct happening from the staff.

As an estate agent they have been great and approachable. We always felt looked after. We rented just over three years and they always liaised and solved any issues. On our end of tenancy interview we had a few thing that needed moving, the taxi was going to take a while and it was raining so the gentlemen offered to help us to take some of it in his car. Overall we are very pleased with the the services provided by Woo.

We have rented two properties through Woo. We have found their fees to be the best in Nottingham. The team at Woo are approachable and friendly and have always been able to answer any queries we have had. The maintenance team have always been able to deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. In comparison to other letting agencies, Woo, in our experience are one of the best. Keep up the good work. Definitely would recommend to others if they were looking for a friendly, and professional company. A credit to the world of the Lettings agent :).

I have been using Woo properties as a landlord for over 3 years. I found them to be very ethical, having reasonable fees and most importantly they only deal with landlords who look after their properties and their tenants, as their reputation is at stake. I had a few issues with my properties that needed quite extensive work and they dealt excellent with everything without having to visit the works as i live far away.At the moment they have an indoors repairs team which means they can act quickly on emergencies which is great for the tenant as well as for the landlords. All in all i will strongly recommend woo properties to tenants and landlords without any hesitation. Thank you for your great service.

I have been renting properties in Nottingham for a few years now, and I can say that Woo Properties are the best agency I have dealt with. A few small issues with the property were sorted quickly and with no fuss, and when on the few occasions I have spoken to the company I found them pleasant and capable. When it comes time for me to move on from my current location (I get bored) I will certainly look at Woo before any other agencies.
