A one star review is always disappointing but a tenant moving out of a landlord's property cannot expect to get all of their deposit back if they damage the property whilst they live there. This review has changed since I wrote our first response (above) two months ago. Regarding the heating, we had to get the manufacturer involved in fixing the boiler due to the unusual fault, which meant a longer than usual delay. The heaters were provided by us for as long as the tenant needed them (the Council don't provide heaters). The Council didn't get involved as they were happy with how we were handling everything when they called us.

I Went through woo properties for my home never really had any major problems just minor ones and they have done the best to make sure all the problems are fixed ASAP . I would recommend them they are quick to sorting repairs out on your property they advertise for home's to buy and rented accommodation.

GoogleWe have been with Woo for over 5 years as renters. In a world of terrible agents with fees that were out of this world, Woo's fees were very reasonable (obviously fees no longer charged). They have been really good from the start and would recommend them - our landlord is not tech savvy and they have navigated that brilliantly.

Hi Danny, we ask potential Tenants to complete a short registration form when they first register their details with us. As you will probably be aware, the rental market is extremely busy at the moment and we are being inundated with enquiries for every property we market so this helps the process as the registration form allows us to check individual suitability based on the Landlord's requirements. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete and can be automatically sent to you when you enquire through Rightmove. It's unfortunate you feel it is disrespectful, as that isn't the intention. GoogleI found Woo very professional and I liked the personal service where you are not just a number which these days is very hard to find. The gas engineer who works for them recommended then to me and I would certainly recommend them if you want a personal efficient service at a fare price.

GoogleVery nice letting agency, they have just taken over our house and they've been very good. Incredibly responsive which is great. I'm disabled and strugle to find good places to live and Woo are great and helping with things at the house. And we'll make sure Craig doesn't spend to much time with the pupper! :)
