GoogleFrom the very first meeting to Completion i felt i had professional support and advice from Lakshmi Wynter (Cardigan Branch) They say its one of the most stressful times selling and buying houses...It nearly always is but Lakshmi eased the process considerably. I would recomend West Wales Properties, Cardigan branch and Lakshmi.x

GoogleReally great communication throughout the buying stage, but once I moved into my new home and found the previous owners had left a huge amount of waste, recycling and mouldy items (which I fed back to the agent), suddenly there was no communication at all. As someone who was buying a place on their own, I also at times felt pressured by the agent as I was told things like “if you reduce you’re offer, the seller will pull out”. I’m not entirely sure I believe that would have been the case and in hindsight, now faced with more expense to resolve things than expected, as well as numerous trips to the recycling centre to dispose of someone else’s waste, I wish I had considered reducing my offer.

GoogleWe made the unfortunate mistake of approaching another local, well established estate agent to initially market our property but received horrendously poor service from them.Transferring to West Wales Properties was such a breath of fresh air. Our dealings were predominantly with Lakshmi, who was exceptional. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, passionate about her job and extremely helpful. As a company, their marketing was highly professional and their service extremely customer focused. West Wales Properties will certainly be our first choice estate agents moving forward.
