West Wales Properties Cardigan reviews

Helen and Tanya were wonderful. I was moving to the area under difficult personal circumstances and they were so supportive. Firstly, they listened to my requirements and preferences, and only suggested properties that fitted the bill - not the usual couldn't care less scattergun approach at all. I chose a property out of their area, but nevertheless they continued to be helpful at all times and stages of the stressful process. Communication was easy, personable, excellent and very pleasant. This agency was head and shoulders above all the others I had encounters with in West and Mid Wales; from a buyer's perspective. So many agents look after vendors and treat buyers very badly... which of course makes no sense at all. So I heartily recommend them, and would go so far as to suggest that if you are interested in a property for sale in an area that comes under a different office of West Wales Properties - still go via Cardigan. They really were totally excellent.

I have recently sold my house with west wales properties. And I could not rate the experience higher, I was always made to feel at ease. My main point of contact was Angharad and nothing was ever too much. With it being my first time selling a house I was nervous but she explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered. I feel like she went the extra mile to make sure everything was fine. I would definitely recommend and would use west wales properties again in the future. Could not recommend them enough!

Thanks to Helen and the team. Working for their client at all times, which is to be commended. The communication and the support for the purchaser was outstanding and on several occasions they went out of their way to help us with a late viewing and on completion day when we had difficulties. Best regards and many thanks.

We viewed a couple of properties through WWP Cardigan, and was pleased to make our purchase through them. Lakshmi persevered through some obstacles and maintained good contact throughout ( even outside working hours) Angharad was also friendly and helpful. A brilliant team :-)

After trying and failing through multiple brokers to get a mortgage, I spoke to Angharad who assured me she could help. Within a week I had my mortgage in place with Chris and I couldn’t be happier with the service from both.

We have just sold our cottage through West Wales Properties, and cannot praise them highly enough. We found Lynda, Angharad and Lakshmi to be an outstanding team - the right combination of friendly and personable whilst also being knowledgable and highly professional. We particulary appreciated their prompt feedback following viewings and their speedy response to our queries and concerns through what was, at times, a difficult process.

I got the keys to my new house on 15th December and I must say, the WWP Cardigan office staff were outstanding from start to finish. Lakshmi & Angharad are so attentive and communicative, whilst also being exceptionally professional and personable. Moving house can be a stressful experience at the best of times, but any issues (and there were a couple) were dealt with and, importantly I was kept informed of progress and so any stress was minimized. I highly recommend West Wales Properties with Angharad & Lakshmi looking after things, you can't go wrong! Dave McLoughlin

In trying to sell our property, which had been on the market for some time without success, we decided to change estate agents and employed West Wales Properties and it was the best thing we did. They were helpful. efficient and more importantly, effective.Feedback information was excellent. We had more visits from house buyers than previously and soon sold our property. Also when we needed professional assistance in dealing with our solicitor they gave every assistance possible resulting in a successful sale and completion. We are indebted to them.
