Dear Ms Phillips. We are very sorry to see that you have left a 1* review. We have no records of any dealings with yourself so we were wondering what it was we did to cause your unhappy reaction to our company? If you would like to call or email us please do so via the contact page on our website and we will be more than happy to discuss and hopefully rectify this situation. Many thanks and all the best, Cardigan West Wales Properties Team.

Thank you Max! Looking forward to helping you both find your next home. Many thanks again.

Dear Mr Bowen. We are very sad to see this 1* review and very sorry that you felt disappointed enough to leave it. West Wales Properties Cardigan is now under new management and is no longer being run as a franchise of the business. It is back under the directorship of the head office in Haverfordwest and as such things are being run very differently now. If you ever need the services of an estate agent again in the future we do hope that you will give us the chance to prove how different the business is now run. Many thanks and all the best.
