We obviously do all the usual things you would expect from a modern estate agent but where we are different is in our approach and expertise in more specialist areas and some of the things we do a little differently. From our unique valuation and new home packs that we give to all our customers to the care and attention we give to marketing every single property with professional photography and copy writing, at The Letting Station you are in great hands. Our branch is ideally located to cover the whole of Cardiff and if you do want a free valuation then please call in to see us, visit the website at www.thelettingstation.co.uk or telephone the team on 029 2002 0880.

Sean was very helpful throughout the whole process of my move to Cardiff. The move went so smooth, from signing the contract to arranging the removal. With Sean’s help I experienced a very easy and stress free move. I love my new home and strongly suggest Sean as an agent who not only knows his job very well, but also cares for the clients.

The Trusted AgentFirst Class Team and Service
We have dealt with this ace Cardiff team since 2010. They are professional, really know their stuff, friendly and do it all with a good sense of humour.. Top end entrepreneurial firm that is value for money. They " do exactly what they say they are going to do ". They are the long standing Managing Agents for a block of 23 luxury apartments in Sachville Avenue, CF14. PM Premier have ensured - and maintained - high standards from the outset. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness is greatly appreciated by the owners and residents. PM has a family feel, consequently they have high integrity and go the extra mile with a smile.
Hi WOW and thank you so much for your kind words, its often the case that smaller family firms go a little un-noticed in a world of large corporates, but we are glad you like the way we do things "with a smile on our face". Its a pleasure to work with you on this one and we hope this will long continue. PM Premier

“Sean and the team at PM Premier were fantastic when I was looking for a property to rent in Cardiff. Sean has been great and he even went above and beyond by giving the keys for the flat over Easter weekend when they were closed. I would highly recommend using PM Premier and Sean in particular is great to work with.”

The Trusted AgentGreat service!
As someone who’s new to renting Sean made this whole process super easy! He’s very professional but very friendly, I’ve probably asked him about 6 millions question and he’s been really cool about it. All the staff are really lovely and helpful and I definitely recommend them!
