GoogleI was in an unfortunate position where I needed to try and rent during Covid-19 Lockdown so was extremely pleased at how well everything was dealt with by Taylors. Special shout out to Gary Hancock (Lettings Manager) who helped from start to finish and made himself contactable out of hours to help us get everything sorted. We found a property on the Tuesday and we were moved in by the Saturday. 5* fully deserved. Thanks again!

GoogleCannot fault the service we received from the Taylor's cardiff bay lettings team! They were professional and helpful from day one. As first time landlords we didn't know where to start and they were on hand to help advise us through the whole process, above and beyond just finding the perfect tennants. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, in particular James and Francesca. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for friendly and professional service!

GoogleI honestly find these reviews rather surprising. Either something has changed dramatically since last year or they just don't treat everyone equally. I rented a flat about 2 months ago simply because it is a nice flat. The negotiator, seemed really bored and disengaged during the viewing. There were small things that needed fixing (e.g. silicone in the bathroom needed replacing) and I was told that they will be dealt with before I move in. Since I signed a contract and paid over £600 fees they've stopped having interest in me. The mould is still flourishing in the bathroom and I've never received a reply to my comments on the inventory (Landlords beware!). When I visited the branch I was told that everything is going to be done for me, but it never was. A couple of chasing emails also remain unanswered, so I just stopped to bother with them. For the price almost twice as expensive as in most competitors I would expect a better customer service, sadly I was mistaken.

We apologise if you felt the negotiator's attitude came across this way, we would never have intended to seem disengaged as we thrive on offering excellent customer service. We constantly monitor the fees of other agents in the marketplace and ensure that our fees are pitched in line with our competitors and industry regulations so they are not excessive and are set fairly for our customers. I assure you we take every single review very seriously and welcome the opportunity to meet with you in an attempt to resolve any issues. GoogleI recently moved house during the COVID-19 pandemic, Taylor’s lettings made this process stress free and so simple. Gary is really efficient and professional when replying to emails/calls, and the overall process was made so easy. The virtual viewing was also really helpful and the property was in the exact same condition and very clean when we moved in. GoogleDue to lockdown and everything is being done remotely, I have been worrying about flat hunting process a lot when looking for a place to move in last minute. Alice has been extremely helpful and understanding when I spoke to her, and quickly secured a flat without much hassle. I look forward to moving in soon and everything wouldn’t have been so smooth without help from Alice :)

GoogleAfter trawling through Right Move and all the other various property websites applying for properties, it was wonderful to get a friendly phone call from Jordan. The property he showed me was a very close second to the property I eventually went for, but he was a wonderful individual to work with. As I move forward building my own property portfolio, I know it is Jordan who I want to work with on the lettings side of things. He is a fantastic young man who goes above and beyond the common 'computer says no' and 'jobsworth' mentality that is sweeping across the nation these days. GoogleWhen we moved to Cardiff, Taylor’s found us an amazing flat in Cardiff Bay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any issue and had our bond back without a problem. Years later we started our own business and now we work as contractors with Taylor’s. Gary and his team are really supportive. Would totally recommend them to tenants and landlords as their standards are really high.
