Looking for a private accommodation in Cardiff was not a pleasant experience for me as an international student. However, Taylors team were a life saver for me. After trying so many agencies, leaving all my contact details with dozens of them. Taylors was the only agency who really cared and kept me updated with till I found a suitable property. I really appreciate their customers service approach especially because I was too busy not able to chase the listing properties in Rightmove and other websites. Having someone who does this job for you was tremendously helpful. I’m looking for keeping up this spectacular customer service during my tenancy because my experience with Taylors so far made me very optimistic about the whole customer service experience to be outstanding. Amazing "personal" service. I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Taylors Countrywide, specifically their Cardiff Bay Office. I required three separate apartments linked to my companies business operations in the South Wales area. I wont go into detail, but this proved to be extremely difficult due my own organisations set up, BREXIT and the COVID19 restrictions. However, a shining light emerged from the doom and gloom, Miss Maria Kemp. When I thought all was lost and I would have to start arranging hotels for my staff, Maria was able to guide me through the process and did all the running around, making calls and sending mails to get everything in order. All through this process Maria kept me informed, she never gave up (even though I had) and yesterday (assisted by the rest of the team) I received the keys to all three apartments. Job Sorted! As someone who was renting for the first time, Taylors really helped ease the process and assisted me the whole way through. I had been looking for the right property for over a month without much success (mostly due to the speed at which rental properties were being taken). I contacted Taylors regarding another property and spoke to Alice, who asked about what I was looking for in a property and took my contact details. Not even a week later, I was contacted directly with a property that was perfect for me, and was booked in to view the next day. This team of people have been amazing from first interaction to moving in , always willing to help and really support with a massive change in my life. Message on the Thursday and was in the place by the Wednesday. Was passed around the office and everyone really went above and Beyond to really help. Maria was messaging me till around 9pm one night to really help with all my questions and queries I had as I have never moved before. Alice was so lovely and welcoming when I went for the viewing of the property prompt and on time. Vicki was so lovly to meet and has been so help with the final moving stage and was able to pick the keys up sooner than expected. Francesca and James have been so helpful throughout the moving process. James was able to deliver on negotiating a contract which suited my needs. On our viewing of the property, he mentioned some of the work which was going to be carried out on the property and when I arrived I found that it actually had been carried out. While this sounds perfectly reasonable, it is in stark contrast to my experience renting in London where I was at the mercy of unreasonable agencies and landlords. (Thanks also to the landlord for actually doing the work!) Francesca is exceptionally responsive to all queries and has been so patient with the number of tedious requests I've made! It has been genuinely refreshing. Thanks!

From viewing the flat to moving in, Taylors, and more specifically, Abigail, have been nothing but professional and extremely friendly. No ask has ever been too much for them, we arranged a second viewing within a week of the first viewing and Abigail and James were more than happy to facilitate. As a company we have recently rented 16 Properties from Taylors Cardiff Bay Branch as part of a project in Cardiff Firstly all 16 Properties are of a very high standard and if anyone is looking to rent in Cardiff Bay I would recommend contacting Taylors. Having viewed almost 25 properties with Ashleigh she is very professional, patient and has a fantastic knowledge of the properties that they have available. Having giving her a brief overview of what we were looking for she picked the perfect properties for our requirements. Her communication throughout the process was also excellent We had a very short turnaround on the properties and Taylors were very efficient and had everything organised for our Deadline. From an Admin and contracts point of view Vicky provided excellent customer service, was very organised and was very patient when I required help with certain elements.
