The Trusted AgentGreat experience with Northwood Cardiff!
I had a really lovely experience with Northwood Cardiff, and I especially want to thank Jodie for all her help and support. From the first message to moving in, she was kind, patient, and always quick to respond.
Jodie made everything feel easy and stress-free, from viewings to paperwork. She explained things clearly, stayed in touch throughout, and was just genuinely nice to deal with.
It’s rare to find someone so professional yet so approachable. I truly appreciate the care she put into helping me, and I’d happily recommend Northwood Cardiff to anyone looking for a new home.

I have been a tenant with Northwood Cardiff for two years, and their service has been exceptional. Whenever we contacted them regarding an issue, they addressed it promptly, even outside of regular hours. Our experience with them has been truly remarkable. We are particularly grateful to Jodie, Jess, Janine, Ceri, Martin (engineer), and the entire team for their outstanding support.

The Trusted AgentFaultless service
I can’t recommend Northwood highly enough if you are thinking of selling your home. From start to finish the whole experience was superb: quick, efficient and all with a smile! Both Nicola and Carys were a pleasure to work with, and Claire in the office was always so warm and friendly. Valuation spot on by Nicola and the sale achieved effortlessly by Carys. Great team :-)

Met with Jodie at the property as arranged. Jodie was punctual, polite and friendly. I was welcomed into the still tenanted property and shown around. Jodie was professional at all times and had a genuine interest in my reason for moving and my property search. Well done. Great service
