GoogleAbsolutely disgusting estate agents, no communication skills at all. from both side of business. Used to rent via these and freshly painted the property before leaving due to a few marks I made. i was then charged my deposit money in order to redo the work i already done as was not neutral colours. i used white paint in stead of magnolia!!!!
I am now trying to buy a new house, i viewed and 2nd viewed house within two days. Great. loved the house got an offer accepted, even better, had email to confirm this. i then didn't hear anything at all, assumed all was ok, checked rightmove found out the house i was buying price had been lowered to below the offer that i put in!!!! since then i called up to asked for the vendors details to give to my solicitor to find out the house has been sold to someone else!!!! no communication what so ever.

GoogleThe worst agency ever- their standard of "acceptable" conditions were completely not acceptable with several broken things such as blinds, tiles, plug sockets etc and they overlooked this... The tenant took all of my items only for them to classify it as "normal" and "casual wear and tear"... Super expensive and couldn't care less. I would actively discourage anyone to chose them. When questioned on all my things missing they were so dismissive and completely disowned any responsibility. My apartment was left in a complete state. My new agency is so much more professional and responsible than them.

My son called them to view a house, the woman basically said that if he's interested he will have to pay £400 to take it of the market. He viewed the property and she said to him don't put the money down, as you may loose it if the checks fail. As it's his first time he listened to her. So he kept asking I want to put the money down and she kept putting him off. I then told him someone was viewing it and then gave the property to them. Then he he viewed another property and was interested and again she said oh I have to see what the landlord say. She never called him back. My son works and all he needed was a home and I have dealt with many estate agents over the years to know she's very unprofessional. Would never bother with them again. He has now found a really lovely flat and moves in soon.
