From start to finish, Hayley was exceptional during our house purchase. Always cheerful, always on the ball, and never afraid to chase things up, whether it was the sale or the purchase side. She was constantly available on the phone and made the whole process feel way less stressful than it could’ve been. Honestly, without her, I’d probably still be stuck in limbo wondering what’s going on! Super friendly, super-efficient, and just a genuinely lovely person to deal with. Highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She’s a total star!

Kieth Ashton in Brentwood- Sally was absolutely amazing! I’m just about to move out from home so this is my first time dealing with any estate agents ! Sally was absolutely brilliant ! Answered every query and helped with the application process when I was confused (which happens very easily) made the whole process so smooth! Literally took a week from first viewing to moving in ! was that organised ! The girls Couldn't be more helpful on the many phone calls I made ! I’m a bit of a worrier so they were all really reassuring on the phone ! Thanks again ! Looking forward to picking the keys up Friday !

Unfortunately, the tenancy could not proceed after we had completed the process and made arrangements to move, which caused us significant stress and inconvenience. Well what can I say, exceptional, exceptional service from Ben at the Brentwood branch. First of all, he managed to sell our house after 2 other estate agents couldn’t for a year. He then managed to reconnect the chain in just two weeks after it looked like it was going to fall through. Ben was always at the end of the phone or WhatsApp when we needed him, always returned calls and always gave constructive feedback after viewings. Ben understood and sympathised with the trials of having viewings during lockdown while homeschooling three children, making sure viewings worked around us. His positive ‘can-do’ attitude was never ending and although we felt like throwing in the towel at moments he was always encouraging us to trust him and his plan of action which meant after a long road we finally got the sale we needed. He was always ready with a plan B which made us feel like we were his only clients. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough, and although we don’t want to move for a very long time we wouldn’t hesitate to use Ben again, he’s been a star. Graham Twine was the consummate professional in providing advice and guidance and then dealing with viewings and offers to ensure an acceptable outcome was ultimately achieved. Jackie in the deals team then picked up the reins and was fantastic in ensuring things kept moving and everyone was kept informed via regular updates. If either were unavailable then others in the office handled efficiently with the minimum of fuss - a close knit team! Ben went above and beyond despite not even being our agent. Throughout the process I was getting no response or assistance from my agents. I managed to speak to Ben who was dealing with the start of the chain, explained what was happening and he decided to keep me informed throughout. Not only did he manage to find a buyer within 2 days for the flat at the start of the chain after it collapsed. But then tied every party together and achieve an exchange in just 6 weeks. Only regret I have is not using these guys at the start. Instead I’m left paying a lot of money to agent that hardly did a thing other than get people to view. I would of paid that and more if these were my agents. If you want an agency that look after their clients this is it. Thanks again Ben

When my dad passed away it was finally time to sell the property that had been the centre of my family's world for the last 55 years. It sat in a square acre of land and the word unique was devised so that it could be described !! A unique property is both a blessing and a challenge as there is quite literally nothing else to compare it with and needs a particular type of buyer. Graham and his team were totally unphased by this and set about valuing and marketing the place with aplomb. Against the back drop of covid-19, massive finacial uncertainty and constant threats from the "experts" that the housing market was about to crash he generated incredible interest in the property and got the deal done through expert price negociation, attentive management of bidders/buyers and appropriate liason with solicitor firms. Owing to the unique nature of the property and the fickle nature of some buyers it took a while to finally get to completion, however Graham and Jackie worked hard throughout and were as enthusiasic and attentive on the final day as the first. Thank you both for a professional and personal service throughout.
