GoogleRecently bought a house with a lovely lady named Amanda, attentive and helpful throughout. The same cannot be said of the sales progressor, only heard from her twice and once was when the purchase was about to fall through. She was rude and her attitude was like it or lump it, had to call the vendor myself and negotiate with him directly as she essentially said do what they say or buy somewhere else.

GoogleWe were selling a house built in the 1800 which would only attract a certain client. KA placed it on the market and contacted possible potential buyers. The first weekend we had five viewing the first who eventually purchased the property as well as the second who placed a counter offer. Throughout the process the gents in the office kept us fully briefed and made us aware of any difficulties that arose. On the bid being accepted it was passed to Hayley who liaised with both parties solicitors one of whom was quite demanding. Again we were kept fully informed of the progress I cannot recommend KA more highly for the manner that they handled the sale, their attitude and attention to detail Small friendly with the personal touch you can go far wrong

I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or rent for the first time like I was. Not only this whenever I had a an enquiry they got back to me as soon as possible with the most detail they could possibly give to me. All members of the staff are brilliant and just all round really nice friendly helpful people.

She was so friendly, helpful and fully understood my situation! Nicki helped get the paper work in order. She was always responsive in answering all my questions which saved a lot time for me.
