GoogleI have recently rented an apartment via these guys and I have to say, they are so unbelievably professional and friendly. I was shown around the apartment by Leigh. She was so friendly and helpful! Nicki helped get the paper work in order and went above and beyond in helping me to find out who the existing energy and broadband suppliers were. And then Jo oversaw the whole process and has been extremely helpful in all manner of follow up conversations. From first viewing to move in day, it was seamless. What I liked about the service was that even though I am a tenant, I was treated like I was buying a property which I found refreshing as lots of agents save the pleasantries for those looking to buy a home vs rent. GoogleVincent gave us the viewing to the property we purchased who was lovely, super responsive and knowledgable. Hayley looked after the sale process and again was very responsive and would chase the sellers where needed to help get the sale through. She did all of this with such patience and kindness! All in all, a great experience when dealing with this Estate Agency and would recommend.

Always responsive to any request especially as i must have asked to view my new home several times during the purchasing! always happy to assist. Staff all lovely, most of my dealings however were with Vince and Sarah so a big thank you to both and the rest of the team.
We're more than happy to assist our buyers when wanting to re-visit any home they are looking to purchase, its a huge decision, and you don't always take everything in on your first, second, or even third visits!! :) I will pass your thanks onto the team at Brentwood, especially Vincent & Sarah. GoogleVery poor property maintenance side.. every job is a fail… nothing gets finished…. The Contractors they use are terrible, use just about anyone they can find…. they replaced a broken oven with another broken oven… took 3 months to rectify. Had a hole in the roof, they took 2 weeks to get someone out… loads of water damage cause to the ceiling due to being exposed to the elements… ripped up the flooring in the bathroom to change, the contract was so bad they sacked him, 5 months later we still have no flooring, the mastic around the shower screen was done to such a bad standard, it has gone total black after 2 months and started to fall out. Communication from the office if very bad, never replay to emails and unable to get things done !!

GoogleIt was my first time moving home and they started off great. They responded quickly at first but then I had a reoccurring issue at the property and instead of fixing the root of the problem they put a bandage over it and I was not having it. So I broke the tenancy agreement and they did not like that. So from then they ignored me, they stop responding to my queries and found every reason to take my deposit. I am so disappointed and would not recommend.
