YellGood service - good staff
I used JNR Properties when I moved to Cardiff University. All staff were extremely helpful from the move in date to the end of our tenancy. Any problems we had with the flat were dealt with quickly and we didn't have to get involved, everything was sorted for us by the office staff and the rest of the JNR team.Would definitely recommend using this agency!!

I was able to tell him all the problems we had that my flatmate apparently forgot to include on the initial email requesting maintenance and he got it approved by JNR and got it done! GoogleHelpful staff, but will try to steal your deposit, dispute everything, know your legal rights check if your deposit is under a protection scheme. Also, their maintenence was found lacking at best.

Google20 minutes late for a viewing and left us waiting without getting in contact with us. Showed us a property that wasn't even available to let - so wasted even more of our time. Never replied to our emails about it. Really unprofessional.

GoogleIf I could rate 0 stars, I would. Our property had slugs in and after messing us around, JNR failed to solve the problem. They also take ages, sometimes weeks, to respond to emails. Getting them on the phone and actually doing something helpful is just as hard, too.

GoogleWorst agent I’ve ever experienced!! they had no respect for people, just tried everything to rip off tenants, my friend also had a very bad renting experience with them!! Their property may look fine for a first viewing, but you’ll most probably regret once you sign the contract and move in the property.

GoogleAwful experience letting with this agency. Dirty properties, employ cowboy builders to do repairs, and try everything to cheat you out of money. Only way to get them to action anything is by getting the council involved. Ensure you put everything in writing if dealing with them.

YellExtremely poor service
Consistently failed to respond to problems despite promising to do so, ignored complaint emails about the flat (no hot water, broken white goods), and behaved dismissively and rude in person. Not interested in helping people, just looking to exploit people as with other vulture agencies in the area. AVOID.

YellTerrible letting agents, avoid!
Paid full price rent over summer for a property that wasn't even finished and nothing ever got fixed over our 9 month tenancy. Took £800 from our deposit to paint over blue tak stains with white paint. Yet another money-grabbing student letting agents, complete joke.

Wonderful staff and very professional in dealing with us. We rented a 7 bedroom house and received our deposits in full only 10 days after vacating the house. We did look after the house and the agency looked after us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
