Today due to bad weather (typical) in cardiff i had a leak, after calling Jnr Properties i had maintenance at my property straight away sorting the leak, brilliant service

GoogleTook several months to reply to maintenance issues and only responded once I made sure to CC in the landlord, who hadn’t been made aware of any issues we had.

GoogleThe needful has been done but it doesn't strike me as the most professional outfit in the world. Maybe I'm being harsh but I wasn't blown away by my experience.
