FacebookAbsolutely brilliant service from Gavin & team at the Heath branch . Sold (stc) my house within 48hrs for more than asking price . Quite a few delays on my buyers side but Gavin & team chased practically everyday for updates with Gavin reporting back - even after hours , nothing was too much trouble . A fantastic service from a brilliant team - would definitely highly recommend.

Excellent service. Down to earth staff. Although the process of selling my house took a year Hern & Crabtree were fab. Any question I had, however trivial, was answered and they even went the extra mile, for example when some scallywags dumped an old mattress and some wood outside my property just before completion date, Ben and Tom had phoned the council to sort out collection. I would recommend this estate agent to everyone.

We sold our house a bit in a hurry as we only put it on sale after we had made, and have accepted, an offer. It was very stressful, particularly when we had to decide between competing offers. Anna at Hern and Crabtree was incredibly useful at this, the most complicated stage, and guided us through the negotiation and decision while allowing us to be in control. This help was irreplaceable.

Using Hern and Crabtree for both Sales and Lettings has made the moving journey a smooth and easy one. The Lettings team at Pontcanna have been brilliant in taking us through the process of managing our rental property and the communication from the team ever since the tenants have moved in has been excellent. I would highly recommend them for managing property rentals.

Hern and Crabtree have been really helpful from start to finish in getting our property rented out. It's been a really quick and easy process and they did all the hard work for us. The manager was open to suggestions about improving the online presence and this definitely made the property more appealing. GoogleThe service and professionalism of Herm and Crabtree is outstanding - in particular, Michael Baillie, Director in Llandaff, was able immediately to call to mind my buying requirements (having met me only twice) when I chanced to drop into the branch and suggest a new to market property. When you consider how many customers he and collegues must see, I found this exceptional.
