GoogleCan't recommend Hern and Crabtree enough. Service was outstanding. From booking our first viewing to picking up the keys. We were kept informed at every stage and all of our queries were dealt with quickly. Denise and Jo at the Llandaff branch were a pleasure to work with and made our first time buying experience a very smooth and trouble free one

TrustpilotMy experience
Everyone I’ve dealt with at Hern & Crabtree have been professional, keeping me informed, every step of the way, on the sale of my property. This is not easy, as I’m living in Australia. Thank you.

GoogleI found H&C professional, and in what is one of the most stressful and difficult times, they left me relaxed and confident they would get my sale.
Thanks Bay, I hope you both are all settled in your new home too!

TrustpilotMy experience of Hern & Crabtree
All the staff I dealt with were always positive and helpful. Always on time for appointments. They were very good at giving feedback.I thought that the fact that they had someone dedicated to chasing solicitors etc was a very good idea, and she did liaise closely with my solicitor, passing on information immediately. All in all, a very good experience.

TrustpilotGreat personal service from this boutique agency.
Extremely happy with the process of buying our property with Hern & Crabtree. Excellent communication throughout and we felt like they were working for us as much as the vendor. A very personal service all round and we would highly recommend them.

GoogleAlthough we sold our house through another agent, Hern and Crabtree were the selling agents for both our buyer and the seller of the house we purchased. We were very impressed with the speed and fairness of their responses. In particular, Michael for the seller, and Jan in her sales progression capacity - never ruffled, always polite.

TrustpilotGood experience
Jo the estate agent who showed us the house was very personal and knowledgeable and was happy to accomdate various visits. We did try and get some of the price down after finding information from the surveyos report but we found the progression team not to try their up most to do so and very reluctant

FacebookBuying and selling can be so stressful. The team at Hern & Crabtree were so helpful and reassuring and they were able to ensure a smooth ride, ironing out the bumps along the way! A very professional company upon meeting at the various houses we viewed. We were lucky to buy our home through them.

GoogleNot that easy to navigate
Hi, we don't seem to have you on our system so we can't reach out to speak to you about your review. I'm sorry that you had difficulty in finding us. Our offices are all accurately placed on Google Maps / Apple Maps and majority of sat navs. In Llandaff we are just next to the CO-OP and we have a large shop window front with an LED lit office sign with cutting edge digital window displays, so it stands out even after dark. I'm sorry you weren't able to find us but if you'd like directions to any of our offices please don't hesitate to call us in advance.

TrustpilotImpressive experience all round
Great experience with Hern & Crabtree. Marketed my property with a very attractive brochure and photography. Very helpful staff and when things fell through with the original buyer, they were able to rescue the sale on the same day with another buyer which ultimately worked out for the best. Recommended!

Recently dealt with Hern & Crabtree lettings team (Lance and Phoebe) for the first time. Very responsive and helpful, in contrast with some other letting agents we spoke to. Their online portal was quick and easy to use. Really professional - would certainly recommend.

FacebookHern & Crabtree have been marvelous and Jan Street from the Whitchurch branch has been outstanding and I can't thank her enough for all the help and support we've received in purchasing a property. Jan's help and advice has been invaluable and has kept me sane through some very frustrating and even depressing times.

GoogleViewed a few properties with these guys. The agent was a nice guy and helpful. Only lose a star as many of their listings don’t have proper floor plans online which is super annoying.

Thanks Annie, our pleasure as always
