Darlows were great and very professional to work with and our house was on the market very quickly and Darlows' effective marketing secured us a buyer very quickly. Rhys outlined the whole process in the beginning and made us feel very comfortable with what would happen. Emma Jones was our main estate agent during the process and she was fantastic, keeping us up to date and giving us sound advice throughout, plus securing us a buyer quickly. She helped things move along when our buyer's solicitors were being slow and difficult to contact and chased them up all the time, whilst keeping us in the loop and reassured. We found the staff at Darlows, in particular Rhys, Tom and Amelia, to be very helpful and supportive throughout the process of selling our house. Although market conditions were difficult and the process took many months, they generated many viewings and gave us good feedback whenever we asked. Tom and Amelia did a great job of showing prospective buyers around and Rhys gave good advice on preparing the house for sale. We were pleased as well with Rhys's work in presenting the house online. We would have liked more clarity with the way in which the final fees were to be calculated but overall we are very satisfied with the service and outcome. Thank you to a very professional team!

Emma Jones: Emma was the agent who dealt with us, throughout the process of our first home purchase. From the start she has always been straight up with the information she gives, making sure you know everything that you need to know and setting a very clear expectation. I found her very approachable, as well as reliable with regards to updating us on the various stages of buying. She has also been very helpful to us on a more one to one basis, providing us with advice every step of the way. Emma put in extra time and committed herself, beyond what I would expect to be the norm, in order to bring us to as swift a resolution as possible. I would recommend dealing with her wholeheartedly, as she made the process for us as stress free as she possibly could, whilst also being realistic and no-nonsense when it came to the important things. Brilliant service, we will definitely be keeping her in mind if it ever comes to selling our property in the future. Darlows: Really good experience dealing with these guys from start to finish, they were available whenever required for information, and even if I couldn't get hold of the particular agent I needed at the time, all staff in the office made an effort to answer my queries or to pass a message on to the person I was looking for. All call backs from the agents were completed as arranged and throughout the process I got frequent updates with regards to the status of my purchase and the most recent steps that had taken place. The office is accessible on the main road at the top of Rumney hill. As a first time buyer I would say they were very easy and straightforward to deal with. The only constructive point I would put forward for them, would be that the call centre department who deals with overflow calls, probably took in excess of 10 messages for callbacks from me and promised to pass these on, which never happened. The office in Rumney itself is very efficient at keeping callbacks consistent, but the overflow team need some work. Thank you guys!
