Staff are friendly and accommodating, specifically Sales (Sally Barrow) and after sales (Gabriel). Site Manager (Shaun O'Boyle) and Asst Mgr (Steven) have both been very helpful. Helen/Viv were always inviting when showhouse open.

We moved into Saxon Park, Biddenham 2 months ago. Everything has been so smooth and Dandara were nothing but helpful. The houses are well built and the incentives they offered us were amazing

At the time of writing, 'The Willows' development is at its very early first release stage, selling off-plan.We reached out to the sales team to gain further details and, despite not yet having our property on the market, received a very positive response from Yasmine who provided all the information we sought and afforded us the time needed to discuss the situation thoroughly.Subsequently we have spoken to Katie, tailoring the conversations to a specific plot and delving further into detail. Again very constructive conversations, with Katie taking the time to gain full understanding of our situation and what we need from a new property; positively acting on feedback from a buyers point of view and giving full transparency to the process of a potential house buy - instilling full confidence.Both Yasmine and Katie are very professional and proactive in their approach and attitudes - indeed assets to their company.If we are in a position to reserve a plot in the near future and a deal can be done, I believe it will be a positive and exciting process. Many thanks for all the assistance received so far and looking forward to potentially finding our future forever home!

The staff in the sales office were helpful and the site looked very nice. Unfortunately we were not able to see inside a house as the staff were busy with other clients. It was a bit disappointing as we had made the appointment several weeks in advance. We were not able to wait at the site until someone was free as we were visiting from Somerset and had other appointments to fulfill in the area.

We moved into our new home in Saxon Park Biddenham in Feb 2024 and our journey to get there from when we first visited the development in summer 2023 was supported all the way by Kelly, Jo and Katie. No question was too small or large, always friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable and excellent for staying in touch and responding. Model of customer service. After we moved in we had similar level of help and support from site managers Andy and Josh. It feels like a partnership and a collaboration that each prospective homeowner is part of and despite the many people and queries and activities they all manage daily, their approach is very personal and caring.

I can’t recommend Dandara highly enough! Right from the start Brendan has been on hand to help me through the process of moving from the UK to Jersey on my own. Dandara came highly recommended by my relocation company who work with them a lot which speaks volumes. No usual estate agent fakery just genuine, honest, helpful people.

I have had a positive experience with Terri Amy as my landlord agent. Communication with her has been smooth and efficient, and she is generally responsive and quick to address any issues that come up. I also had an apartment inspection today with Liisa, which was carried out on time and completed efficiently, without taking up too much of my day. Overall, I appreciate the high level of service and professionalism.

A very pleasant experience and was made to feel very welcome by Ashley. He responded to my queries in a professional manner and took notes of my particular requestPlease note that after leaving clear instructions that I would confirm my offer on Monday the 10th of June, Dandara allowed another supposedly prospective buyer to put an offer in without informing me. I checked on Friday and was told by Ashley and another Sales agent that this was done by one of their superiors. I think that this is an incredulous story as Ashley stated that he was going to contact me on Thursday night and somehow did not do so. However, the lady sales agent stated that they found out that the property which was on reserve to me has been offered to someone who is going to rent it on the Friday by email. I was shown an alternative property which was not as good as the one which I had initially chosen.I am disappointed and On the basis of this experience, i do not want anything to do with Dandara as I feel that I have been victimised in favour of one of their buddies- It would be great to hear from the supposed superior and receive an apology.

I recently had a viewing appointment at Oakwood Place in Reading. The sales team was helpful and attentive to all of our questions. The homes are well-designed, with ample storage space. I particularly like the garage, solar panels, and EV charging points, these are standout features for me.On the downside, there is no dedicated children's play area within the development. I also felt a bit pricy.
