Impressive customer care.

We bought our house nearly two years ago and we have been impressed with our customer service at every step. We recently found a damp patch on our kitchen wall and within an hour, Dave Simpson, the Customer Care Inspector, arrived to assess the problem. He was very thorough in identifying the problem (a slow leak) and a plumber was booked for a couple of days later. I cannot fault Dandara customer care. They are a friendly and helpful team.

Another great experience dealing with the sales and customer experience teams at Dandara.From our very first meeting with Kerry to look at new apartments, she took the time to give us the opportiuntiy to see as much or as little as we wanted, in a number of the company's property portfolio. Kerry has been very pleasant to deal with and couldn't do any more to help us. She was a wealth of useful knowledge and information and always had answers to our questions.We consider ourselves fortunate to have been able to view New Market Yard at an early stage and were delighted to be able to secure one of the properties there. The post build snagging process prior to purchase was handled by Russ who is awesome in preserving the quality of the finished product through his sharp eye and attention to detail.Another great experience dealing with Dandara

The Meadows Wymeswold

It has taken a year to secure our beautiful new home on this Dandara site and Bradley has been with us all the way. We put down an earlybird deposit in November 2023 and moved in at the end of November 2024 when the house was completed. Bradley gave us good advice on the best way forward as we had two houses to sell. Selling a house and buying another is never straightforward but Bradley supported us through the highs and lows, moving things forward and working behind the scenes in the difficult moments. Thanks Bradley .... you were great!

Kelly was fantastic to work with. I first met her at an open viewing for a property that was out of my budget. She quickly understood my price range and, on a Saturday afternoon, went out of her way to show me several properties that suited my needs, including some that weren’t even on the market yet. Kelly really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and thanks to her efforts, I found a property I loved and had my offer accepted. I would highly recommend speaking to Kelly before anyone else. Be clear about your budget and what you want, and she will go above and beyond to find the perfect place for you.

Towerlands Park

We have recently bought a new home from Dandara on the Towerlands Park site and everything has been great from the very start. The service from both the team in the sales office and the site team has been brilliant. As first time buyers we had expected it to be a really daunting prospect but from the very first appointment we’ve had nothing but the best in terms of service and support. Jo and Catherine were great at going through everything with us, providing updates on the house and answering any questions that we had. The home demonstration with our site manager Adrian was really good and he’s been great ever since. Always just a call or message away if anything is needed. Ray has also popped in a few times to check on us and has always been really helpful too. Big thanks to the whole team and definitely we would strongly recommend!

They had a deposit contribution offer when we purchased the house. Our agent Rebecca has been a star from the first moment we met her. Further to my previous review- damp, mould, etc... Email from Dandara 13th AUGUST stating someone would attend re issues earliest 12th SEPTEMBER. Yesterday 12th September phone call at 9am cancelling this appt that I'd waited a month for as operative was POORLY. Assured Amy! would be in touch directly to rebook. Not heard diddly squat, not even a courtesy email. Mould is now up the stairs- AVOID THESE COWBOYS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT. I despise these so called replies- they mean nothing. All I have received from 'Amy' today are 2 emails that 'recall' emails...I have no idea what that means? All I have received are previous emails stating 'Amy Wells would like to recall the message' Absolute charlatans. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. INREPONSE TO THEIR WHOLLY INADEQUATE REPLY THAT JUST TICKS THEIR REPLY IN 48 HRS GUFFAmazing reply- so a company the size of Dandara has ONE person who deals with post move in problems, you wait a month to see him, then are cancelled on the day as he's unwell and there is no one else in the whole company who can fill in- SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THEIR AFTERSALES. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE, WHO ARE LIARS ON COMMISSION AND WOULD SELL THEIR GRANDMAS IF IT PAID THEM - MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT BUY THEIR SHODDY, MOULD-INFESTED HOUSES. 4 STAR BUILDER- IT'S CORRUPT. WHO'S GETTING BACKHANDERS HERE? WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. THIS WAS A DOWNSIZE MOVE AND I RUE THE DAY I EVER PUT MY TRUST IN DANDARA- ABSOLUTE AND UTTER CHARLATANS.

Outstanding help finding an apartment

Signed up with Dandara as one of 5 agencies to look for a property in Jersey, of which 3 responded. Brendan was one of them: he contacted me about a couple of possibilities and showed me around them both. He was helpful, informative and realistic about the state of the market and although I liked one of the properties, there was prior interest and I didn't get it. I asked to be kept in mind for anything similar but wasn't expecting a miracle. Two weeks later, Brendan called me out of the blue to say that the prior interest had had to withdraw. A week further on, the contract is signed and I'll be moving in a few weeks from now - I'm delighted. It is rare to encounter this combination of active communication/personal service, integrity and market knowledge and I can wholeheartedly recommend Brendan and Dandara to anyone looking for a property in Jersey.

Dandara Saxons review

Dandara Saxon's site were amazing from the beginning. Jo and Kelly were welcoming from the go, we looked at a handful of sites in the area but didn't get the same connection as we did with the team at Saxons. They were always on hand for any of my questions and kept us updated throughout. The development is fantastic and doesn't feel over crowded which is ideal. I would recommend viewing this site and speaking to Jo and Kelly to anyone.
