We visited two Dandara developments on…

We visited two Dandara developments on Sunday in Crowborough and both sales teams were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, answering all my questions and sharing useful insights about the local areas that I hadn’t even thought to ask about. Excellent service from both teams and a really positive experience!

Great experience

I recently reserved a house at Hazlewood and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff have been very friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. A special thank you to Claire for her honest and professional service, and to Andrea for her friendly support and assistance. I’m delighted to be taking this exciting step towards owning my first home in Aberdeen. Many thanks to the whole team for making the experience so positive! 😊

Takeley Dandara Development

We visited Takeley, it’s a great site. The staff and builders are very knowledgeable and in particular the Site Manager Cosmin was able to answer our questions promptly. Based on our interactions, I’d definitely recommend Dandara as a house builder and the houses are ideally located for the airport.

Hazelwood Review

Not sure what the measurement parameters are. Is it the sales representatives or the homes I viewed? The sales person who showed me around was very helpful and knowledgable. All my questions were answered. The homes were nicely finished inside, but the outside space (garden?), was plain and bland and had no character.

The sales team at The Heathers in Hadlow were excellent, particularly Violetta who guided my parents through the process with good humour, patience and a friendly smile. Moving house after 56 years in the same house was stressful, but the team have made every effort to make it as smooth as possible.

Lewis has been helping sort out a few minor snagging problems. We couldnt have asked for a more pleasant chap who has excellent attention to detail, good people skills and clears up after himself so you would never know he had visited. And the job is done superbly well.

Professional Management

I have been dealing with the Dandara tesm for most of the past year for some clients properties. It is a complicated structure and Tracey and her colleagues are always professional and on top of everything and patient with the occasional complexity of issues.
