CPS have been awful in every aspect of our housing experience. Not only do they ignore complaints and emails from their clients, but they are also constantly shifting and delegating blame around. It has been 11 months without our deposit being returned and our customer experience has been just terrible

As a landlord I am very satisfied with CPS (Nikki) homes .The only bug bear is the inconsistent date(days) that they transfer the money(rent) across. They should agree a date and stick to it not chop and change from one month to the next Mortgage companies don't allow you the SAME flexibility!

Dealing with the team at CPS was an absolutely brilliant experience throughout - and really took the stress out of selling our house! Angela deserves special praise - always there to answer questions, and so calm and kind throughout. I really can't recommend CPS Homes highly enough!

Outstanding service provider to landlords. Always keep in touch and promptly addresses any problem. I have never been without a tenant in my two properties in Cardiff as CPS finds the tenant as soon as old one leaves. I will highly recommend CPS to everyone.

I am renting and have been for 9 months at a premium rate. CPS can't be bothered,twice in 2 weeks without any water,alarms going off. Gates don't work. Drive and parking a nightmare p!us there are meant to be communial cleaners,what a joke! Will be withholding my rent until rectified

They work as "messengers" rather than "Managers"; Staff have little experience or wrong understanding of roles and responsibilities of 'Property Management".Looking after the interest of the owner is certainly not their priority.The same issue is changing hand from one staff to another (whoever is available at work) without continuity in the resolution. etc.
