Chelsea showed us the properties and made sure that we understood the process properly, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and helped us find the ideal home for us. Although the last tennant didn’t have knowledge of us visiting, this was the landlords problem as opposed to CPS.

From a parents perspective tell your children to avoid like the plague! The Student Union should get onto these people and be telling people not to use them. My daughter made the mistake of using them and it has cost her a lot in money and stress.
