CPS were friendly, professional, quick to respond to any query or concern, and supported us every step of the way through what would otherwise be quite a nerve-wracking experience. We let one property through CPS, and we've had many negative experiences. These negative experiences include frequent late rent payments, and being charged £771 for furniture replacements without my authorisation (CPS are only authorised to spend £50 without my say so)- I only discovered this poor quality furniture at the property when I was delivering replacements I'd purchased myself!

CPS have always given excellent service for over 20 years. Any repairs are carried out promptly and at reasonable cost. New tenants are found each academic year and rents are collected and paid promptly. What more could a landlord want?

Don’t use CPS unless you like the idea of being shown around one house, signing for it, and then being given another one on the day with no choice at all. Or perhaps the thought of mouldy rooms fills you with uncontainable joy. Really bad customer service, they can pretty much do anything because we’re students.

I've had a few repairs that needed to be done at the property and Vicki arranged them promptly and without any issues. Some problems have not been resolved but overall I've had a positive experience with the maintenance team at CPS Homes so far.

Great company with even greater employees. Was experiencing a problem with heating but issue got solved in a calm and timely manner by a friendly agent called Zara. Definitely an asset to the team who we can’t thank enough!!
