CPS has just sold two HMOs in Roath, Cardiff for us and it just took them one day to get this in place. Sian Hiatt from the sales team was excellent. She took the time to understand our situation and the properties being sold. She gave me good advice on how to present the properties for sale which I followed. She then dealt with the purchaser in a very professional manner which enabled the sales of both properties. I strongly recommend CPS if you are considering selling a property.

GoogleI used CPS in Cardiff the help house for 2nd year in university. All of the staff were so kind and useful though out the whole process. After finding a property that we look jenna was really helpful and had sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions and understood what the process looked like.

CPS managed to move fast in securing a tenant for our property. However communication could have been better at the start with a clear explanation of the chain of events. The final tenancy sign off was completed without addressing some of our concerns giving us a feeling of being excluded in the decision making process. The right result was achieved in the end. So thank you CPS.

We have been disappointed that the tenants cps found for us have rejected the property, leaving us seriously out of pocket and despite leaving personal effects in the property. No one properly manages the situation and 3 of the team have contradicted each other! The only thing they are efficient at is finding new ways to charge money, finders fee, inventory fee etc etc

We’re sorry that your experience with us of late has been less than positive.We, too, were disappointed that the tenants were unhappy with the property upon arrival. Unfortunately, with physical viewings not being recommended for the last 16 months ago and agents encouraged to let properties via video instead, we have always been aware that incoming tenants may have more on their ‘wishlist’ than in previous years, simply because it’s their first opportunity to see the place in person. Videos are very useful, but they’re no substitute for the naked eye; something we have been very conscious of and have been sure to set landlords’ expectations of.Despite following all our usual processes, the tenants were adamant that the property wasn’t for them and did not wish to continue with the tenancy. They were grateful when you agreed to release them from their tenancy early.We apologise for any miscommunication from our end and look forward to swiftly sourcing new tenants.Kind regards,The CPS Homes Team.

GoogleAmazing experience with CPS! My group were late trying to find a property so were all very anxious, the worker who gave the viewings, Emma George, was an absolute godsend. She answered all our questions honestly and with a great deal of knowledge, and was incredibly support of our somewhat unique situation (a mix of unis, years, and current education/employment which was challenged for the first company we tried to rent through) Overall a highly positive experience, would recommend to any and all students or professionals looking to rent :)

GoogleI have contacted agencies but no agency like this one. Contacted them by email and got a response promptly by Kelsey who was very helpful. They arranged a viewing within the day and the adviser Emma that showed me around was amazing. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

Top class service from the CPS team. From start to finish we were looked after by Nathan throughout, and were supported off the back of that by the team in the office. I believe that Nathan’s knowledge of the market along the way the property was marketed on the CPS website with professional photographs and an amazing video is what ensured success when it came to selling our house. It was photographed, put online and sold in less than 2 weeks! Highly recommended 👍🏻

I have had a number of issues since moving into my new apartment in Cardiff Bay. These have been dealt with by a member of the maintenance team at CPS Homes, in Cardiff. The member who stands out is a person called Jessica Jones. She has been exemplary in dealing with all matters which required attention. She is very professional, excellent communicator, and extremely nice to deal with. This is why she is entitled to my 5 star review. An asset to her employer.
