TrustpilotRecommending CPS Homes to landlords
CPS Homes have helped considerably after a tenant left my flat in very poor condition needing a LOT of expensive work done. CPS Homes were quick to get repair, re-carpet, redecoration and cleaning quotes and were able to send in the trades to quicky restore the flat to a much better condition for new tenants. Their advice was invaluable and, once all the work was done, some new furniture was installed, they have managed to turn my flat around with a new tenant very quickly. As I am no longer living nearby, it was reassuring to have expert eyes and care through CPS Homes' agents (Jordan, Flo, Max and others) when I couldn't be present. I valued their expertise and marketing skills to get the tasks completed in good time. Thank you very much.

GoogleWe had a viewing recently with a lovely girl named Jessica. After viewing the property she was happy to answer any and all questions myself and boyfriend had. We decided to go through the renting process for the next academic year as we are student and in all honesty it’s been so simple. We finished the process in the space of an hour. We are honestly so happy and can’t wait to move In. Thank you.

CPS are brilliant! I needed someone to rent out my flat for me easily considering I work away at sea. Nikki is very professional and informative and made it easy to understand the process. I didn’t even have to go into the office from start to finish which made it easy for me being away.

TrustpilotChelsea and Nathan from CPS
Chelsea from CPS was very helpful throughout the selling process of our flat in Cardiff Bay. Solicitors took more time than anticipated in the selling and buying and Chelsea helped to get things through and sorted by the deadline. Excellent service. Thank you Chelsea and Nathan.

TrustpilotCharged for stuff pointlessly
Rented a property with them in second year, got charged partly for professionally cleaning the carpet due to a small stain (which is fair enough). HOWEVER, later found out that a few weeks after we left, they were planning to just replace all the carpets upstairs anyway as part of a renovation. So why the hell did I pay for a professional clean of a carpet that you guys replaced anyway!!!!
Jack · 2 May 2020
Agent replied · 12 June 2024
Good Afternoon Jack, Thank you for taking the time to record your comments. Having looked into this, I can see that the stain you were charged for was located in one of the upstairs bedrooms at the property. This required a professional clean ahead of the next tenancy taking place. I can see that some carpets in the property were replaced following your departure, however not in the bedrooms. The new carpets only covered the landing and stairs, hence the stain still needed to be cleared. Many Thanks.

TrustpilotBoth bought and sold!
Both bought and sold property through CPS with the help of Sian from the Albany Road branch. We got our asking price for our property and bought a house we love. Couldn’t have asked for more, always chasing and keeping us in the loop especially whilst dealing with a difficult solicitor. Would definitely use again. Thanks Sian
