The agency is very friendly and prompt with all the repairs and replies. I spoke to Charlotte about some house issues and she has been a great help! I have also spoken to Morgan about replacing an old matress and she has arranged a new one pretty quickly. I do recommend them.

We had a really positive experience with CPS. Georgina in Sales was helpful and attentive throughout the process of our home purchase. We’ve had a terrible experience with cps. We’ve contacted them multiple times about maintenance issues from the start of our tenancy which still haven’t been resolved. The toilet was broken when we moved in which we contacted them about but they are still trying to charge us. We had rats in our and they werent very helpful and still haven’t repaired the damage from them.

I am sorry to hear that you have been disappointed in the service you have received from our Maintenance Team.I can see that, since the start of your tenancy, you have contacted us regarding some maintenance issues at the property. These issues look to have all been resolved though. I cannot see that we currently have any active reports of maintenance issues at your property. If you are experiencing any problems currently, please let me know what these are and I’ll be happy to look into things further for you. My email address is marie.willis@cpshomes.co.uk.We recently contacted you to advise that a charge had been added to your account following a plumber visiting the property to unblock a toilet. On attendance, he found that a toilet freshener block was stuck in the toilet waste pipe. He removed this and left the toilet in working order. I cannot find any communication to suggest that the toilet was blocked at the start of your tenancy. It was not reported as blocked until we carried out an inspection of the property, where the member of staff attending advised the tenants to try to resolve the blockage themselves. We would always advise that tenants try to resolve any blockages themselves in the first instance, as the majority of the blockages reported are caused by tenants (usually accidently), rather than a genuine plumbing fault. A landlord will not typically cover the cost of the plumber's invoice where the fault has been caused by the tenant. We like to avoid our tenants being charged in these instances, which is why we advise them to try to resolve them themselves. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced pest problems during your tenancy, though I am pleased to see that we authorised a visit from Cardiff Council Pest Control on the same day that the issue was reported to us. I can see that there was some “proofing” to be completed at the property following Pest Control attending, which we also arranged and looks to have been completed. I can’t see that any further reports in relation to this issue have been reported to us following this. If there is any existing damage, please send me some photos to review and I’ll look to have it repaired.Once again, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. GoogleSo far so good with CPS as letting agents. We've been happy with them as tenants in almost every way. We wish they'd given us a forwarding address to send mail on to our predecessors. Whatever the liabilities (and the current industry standards), forwarding things on is a nice thing to do. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Responsive to maintenance requests, etc. It's also worth saying that they seem to have been recommended by most people we've asked. Well done so far, CPS. Keep up the good work.

GoogleI used CPS to sell my house. They were great from start to finish. From the outset Sian took care to understand what my priorities were and marketed accordingly. They managed some last minute issues and prevented them from becoming a crisis. Can highly recommend.

Shortly before our appointment they remembered a third property they could show us and it was perfect, and ended up being the property we took. We were dealt with by two employees (one blonde woman and Rhys) and both were very friendly and personable. They made sure we knew what was happening, how we went forward etc. We needed to move in a few days before the tenancy agreement and this was all sorted very smoothly.
