GoogleExceeded my expectations. As long as you check in online, the moving in process is very quick and efficient. Good prices too. The facilities are clean, tidy, air-conditioned and secure, and I found my stuff in the same condition as I left them. The check out process and the refund procedure for any unused days were very quick and efficient, and I got my refund in just two days. They do try to sell you some extras though (£14 padlock, £7 dust sheet) so see if you can bring your own.

GoogleBought some packaging boxes here and they're some of the weakest boxes I've ever bought. They're just stapled on the one side, and could not even gold items they were labelled for, such as books, stationery and keyboards. We ended up returning many boxes but a few were refused because they apparently had been touched with sellotape even though the boxes were in good shape. Had to buy boxes from a local removal company, which were much stronger. So in the end we ended using their storage too.

GoogleFantastic facility - everything is clean, secure and easy to follow. The staff are friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others or use their services again if needed in the future. This was my first time using a storage facility and I'm grateful they're still running during the COVID-19 pandemic. Social distancing is practised between staff and clients (with chairs as barriers in reception and common sense everywhere else!) and the environment is clear and well-ventilated. The rooms are well-lit and security is tight. It was easy to check-in online so most things were covered before signing in at reception. Defo worth using and I wish you all the best!

GoogleTried booking storage online a few weeks ago for end of August/beginning of September while I move accommodation but couldn't as you can only book 4 weeks in advance and now try to book it for the 23rd August and the storage size I need is no longer available! Utterly ridiculous knowing that students are going to be booking for around June leaving those who needs the smallest storage later having to pay for larger storage just because you can't book earlier!

GoogleI have been renting office space here for over 2 years, and it's literally the best option for a small growing business as we can scale up easily and quickly whenever we need too. The offices are flexi offices so I'm not tied down to any contracts. The staff running the site are super friendly too & whenever I need anything added or resolved, Marcus the site manager goes above & beyond to get it sorted as soon as possible. It's also handy having storage space here too, so I can run my whole business under one roof.
